  1. This is such a sweet story. Adam and Kayleigh, Congratulations! I hope he makes you proud.
  2. The Non League paper has done good coverage, I understand their need to make money but publishing like 3 pieces online without at least making one free to read seems like a final cash grab to me.
  3. Heartbreaking news, something that makes you realise how life is short and when you see people suddenly stop posting, it could lead to fearing the worst. Who r ya, You Pies was a good laugh and contributor to this community. Rest in Peace!
  4. Did you hear about the initiative by Notts County Cricket Club to reduce their carbon footprint at Trent Bridge? They have partnered with Event Cup Solutions to provide reusable cups for drinks instead of single-use plastic ones. They say this will save 250,000 cups from going to landfill every year. Do you support this initiative or not? Do you think Notts County Football Club should do something similar or not?
  5. A big round of applause for Nottingham Forest for successfully avoiding relegation from the Premier League. It’s a huge accomplishment and one that deserves recognition. I guess it’s better than being a complete embarrassment.
  6. The signing of Jodi Jones is a major coup for Notts County. He is an incredible player with flair and vision, capable of scoring some amazing goals. His ability to make things happen on the pitch will be a huge asset to the team. During his loan spell, he was one of the best players in the league and it's fantastic news that he has now signed for Notts County permanently. Jones' performances during his loan spell were nothing short of outstanding. He consistently demonstrated his quality on the pitch and was a key player for Notts County. His permanent signing is a testament to his ability and the value he brings to the team. The fans will be ecstatic to see him continue to perform at a high level and help Notts County achieve success.
  7. I’m delighted that Jodi Jones has signed for Notts County permanently. He’s a class act who can light up any game with his magic. He’s got a lot of potential and he’ll only improve under our manager and coaching staff. He’s a perfect fit for our club and our fans.
  8. It would be great if the games played after reaching the 5,000 mark were better than most of those played by the club before that point. The current owners show a lot of potential to completely turn the club’s fortunes around.
  9. We need to retain our better players and sign more depth to be in a chance of finishing higher than the top half. To truly compete for a top spot, Notts will need to keep their star players and add depth to their squad. This will give them the best chance of achieving their goals and finishing in a strong position. By retaining key players and adding depth to the squad, Notts can continue to deliver strong performances on the field and compete with the best.
  10. Absolutely incredible of him to do this. Langstaff’s actions speak volumes about his character. Not only is he an incredibly talented athlete, but he’s also a standout guy who consistently goes above and beyond. His actions show that he’s not just a great player, but a great person as well.
  11. Welcome to the community, I hope you find time to join in with PON.
  12. Recently, I’ve been spending some time doing gardening and other tasks around the house. It’s been a great way to stay active and productive. Of course, I’ve also had some downtime where I’ve enjoyed watching TV and browsing online. Tomorrow, I’m excited to be driving to York to see some friends that I haven’t seen in years. It will be great to catch up and spend some time together.
  13. It’s a great video and it’s nice to see behind the scenes. The club has made promotion feel even more special by involving us all. I hope they continue to produce videos like this that fans can rally behind.
  14. I’m happy with the players who have been offered contracts. We might see a couple of them move on, but I hope I’m wrong. As for the released players, I thought Frank Vincent might have a future with the club, but like Ed Francis, he might not fit what Luke Williams is looking for in his players.
  15. Jodi Jones possesses the talent and skill to make a significant contribution to Notts and it would be wonderful if he were to pledge his future to the club for the long term. His performances on the pitch have demonstrated his value to the team and retaining him would be a major boost for Notts.
  16. It would be absolutely splendid if Jodi Jones were to put pen to paper and pledge his future to Notts.
  17. It’s great to see common sense prevail. Why should it cost so much? Surely it can be done within a reasonable budget without wasting money. I’m glad that Notts will finally have their day!
  18. Sam Pearson appears to be a promising player who is on the rise. He seems capable of scoring goals and could provide depth and potentially earn a starting spot based on his form. Like Sam Austin, he could be a valuable signing if it happens.
  19. I have nothing but admiration for Wrexham and Ryan Reynolds. The way the club has put aside the rivalry and focused on showing respect to us is a true display of class. It’s been an exciting season and their win at Wembley is the perfect way to cap off our incredible season.
  20. Happy birthday, Chris! I hope you have a wonderful day!
  21. It’s truly admirable to see the owners extending their sympathies to Chesterfield and expressing gratitude for their kind messages of congratulations. This demonstrates a high level of sportsmanship and sophistication.
  22. I hope that this group of players can give it a good go and see if they have what it takes to achieve back-to-back promotions. I’m not going to complain if the club does struggle because I believe we have a squad that will fight and do their best. Finally, we have a squad that just needs a few additions. Provided we can retain the players Luke Williams wants, we should be much stronger, at least on paper.
  23. The video by Notts is absolutely brilliant - it’s perfect from start to finish. It’s hard not to get emotional watching it! It’s a great achievement to get back up. This video is something fans should watch if there are dark days in the future - I hope it would give them strength.
  24. It’s a fun little video that shows how the season panned out in a quirky and entertaining way.
  25. I am overjoyed for Luke Williams and the team. They have put in an immense amount of effort to secure this promotion and it’s fantastic to see them rejoicing with the fans.
