Curtis Thompson joins Cheltenham

Featured Replies

just one year? a bit odd that, unless it was at curtis thompsons request.

he should do well and prove to be one of their better players, provided they play him and fit him well into their system. good luck to him.

Good luck to Curtis Thompson, I appreciate his skills and hope he manages to cement his position in starting most games for them. He's a good player, so it's hard to knock Cheltenham, but I am a little surprised he joined them.

I hope they do well with Curtis.

A field where dreams become reality.

On a different note, I wish Curtis Thompson all the best. I initially thought we might see him, but then I realised that his team is still in League One.

Best of luck to Curtis Thompson at Cheltenham, I hope he becomes a solid addition to their team.

When people ask what 'American Pie' is about, they're missing the point. The song isn't about the lines themselves - it's about what is between the lines. The song is about what isn't there.

It sounds like a good move for Curtis Thompson. He seems to like teams that aren’t what you would expect to do well. I never saw him doing so well at Wycombe. I didn’t think they had the team to go the distance they did, but he was firmly part of that journey.

I imagine his injury record might have been a factor.

Curtis Thompson has enjoyed a successful career. I’m pleased that he has found a new club and I wish him all the best with them. It’s always heartening to see one of our former young players thriving.
