Never Play Cricket!

Recently I've been doing activities with a support group, amazing stuff as It's helped no end. Yesterday whilst playing cricket I went to hit the ball, turned and fell busting my knee in the process. (fully dislocated) I didn't let this put me off from doing the things I wanted, so glad too. I didn't miss the wonderful home win!

I'm now on bed rest guys, I didn't get to promote the site yesterday either. I'm only getting a few hours where I can sit up before I start to feel it.

Just wanted everyone to know why I'm not around as much. I look forward to my visits!

Have fun and enjoy being a community :)

Ouch, that sounds really painful, glad it didn't stop you going to the match, that shows real dedication, well done.

Hope your feeling better soon.

You should do what your old man does-stick to watching-Seriously I know from experience how painful knee injuries are and how inconvenient.I know you were in a lot of pain at the match but I also know Notts helped ease that pain somewhat in the second half.Hope your knee feels better soon but don't try to rush things.

Thanks Liam, That would be awesome if you wouldn't mind. I took them to the bury game but the cold, stiffness and pain was to much for me. If anyone else would be open to helping (you don't have to hand out flyers) word of mouth, sharing, linking and inviting your friends are always appreciated. The support as been paramount and something which overwhelms me.

Get better soon :)

Thank You MuddyPatchPie :)

I am dad, I don't like the thoughts of giving up sports but it's stupid. I used to play 5-a-side with some Notts fans and I took my knee off or twisted it each time. I'm retired LOL

Sure did help, I wouldn't of liked being stuck in bed or limited and miss anything Notts related. I won't rushing or doing too much :)

Hope you get better soon, Joe.

I'm okay, only get cramps and the odd pain now. Think resting is helping but I'm rather impatient with these things and prefer to keep busy. (which I know i can't)

Thanks for your support mate! you've been a gem around here!!
