Shaun Derry's mentioned it in one of his press talks, it's also been rumoured by the BBC.

I was looking forward to him keeping back, with the possibility of him returning to the ranks as a striker (where he should be in my opinion). I was very optimistic that he would partner Bajner well or at least be able to impact games as a sub. Yet he seems to have a bit of bad luck, perhaps a blessing that he will return fresh with Spencer.

That's a real shame, I too was looking forward to seeing him partner Bajner I think the big man little man combination could work well.

This season hasn't work out for him for whatever reasons but he is a very good player.

Hopefully he can come back stronger and the fact he has missed quite a lot of football makes him react towards wanting to play more. I would rather have him in my starting 11 than some of the previous loan players we have had this season or the last few years.

Oh dear. Obviously the scan wasn't as good as he hoped. Look forward to him hitting the ground running next season with Big Jimmy with him.

There's no doubt in my mind that he's a quality player when in form, so far nobodies said 'release him' yet. I have to be honest I expected it!!

Hope he comes back sharp and settled.

He looked somewhat concerned about his injury, perhaps weighing up on his mind? Best wishes Ronan.

Just when we could do with him as well!

He could do wonders right now if the form permitted him to do so, that said he gives 100% and he can look menacing. I hope he copes not playing football and comes back eager to please.

Murray inform is the player we all want to see start, out of it we barely miss him.

He will be doing a lot of community work now, he will soon miss sitting out games or being on the bench!

Murray seems like a player that needs to be surrounded by quality in order to shine, shame he's put at this stage.

It is a shame that after we eventually sign someone who is on the same wavelength (McCourt) that we lose the only who player who makes proper intelligent runs behind defenders.

Role on next season for our very own version of fifty shades up front.....

(first one to guess what I mean gets an apple!! ha ha)
