Two weeks to fixtures

Featured Replies

It's only two weeks to wait now until the fixtures are released.

Who would you like to see us play on the key dates?

I personally would like a home tie to kick us off and a home tie to finish the season if we can't have both those options then my preference would be a home tie the last day of the season when hopefully the players can parade round the ground as Champions.

I'd also like Mansfield at home on Boxing Day or New Years Day, that would ensure a bumper crowd as long as the weather doesn't postpone the match.

What about you?

Proud to be a Notts County Supporter for over 60 years.

Hopefully we don't start with Newport away. Or Exeter. Or Plymouth. Or Bristol Rovers. Hartlepool at home would be a nice start. Accrington Stanley at home to finish.

Sorry. I've almost come to terms with relegation, honest!

York or Morecombe would be good away days to start the season, hopefully with a large, optimistic away support. Final game at home please, don't care who we play. Oh, and both Mansfield games on a Saturday so we at least get a decent crowd for one fixture.

I would love us to have an easy run, so first up Bristol Rovers and Barnet slotted in somewhere. It can get us settled for sides like Portsmouth etc, I just hope we can end the season at home for once. It's been away for too long, whereas it's nice but it would be great to clinch promotion on the last game of the season (optimistically). ;)

Funnily enough Barnet mention us when they talk about an easy start!

Since I am an exile fixtures do not matter but I do hope the fixture computer is kind to us and that we can start off well.

When people ask what 'American Pie' is about, they're missing the point. The song isn't about the lines themselves - it's about what is between the lines. The song is about what isn't there.

This is the only thing right now which I am looking forward too.

I hope they're kind to us, the fixture machine's been a royal pain the last few seasons.
