Fan Engagement Update

Jordan Worthington has joined the club as Marketing and Fan Engagement Manager, replacing Sarah Gooding who left Meadow Lane last season.

Alice Kelk will be supporting him in the fan engagement.

It's been long due seeing this, especially if you think about how long Sarah has been gone from the role.

Hopefully the new SLO that are appointed work to pick up from where Sarah had left, it's quite important IMO.

It is something that needed sorting going in to the new Season to have that structure.

The new SLO's will have to be vetted by the club unlike the last one.

Hopefully they can work with fans and get the club moving forward.

Nobody seems to make any effort since that Aussie bloke left the club, I fail to see why the club has a fan engagement team when the club ignores us on social media.

The fan engagement team needs to make an effort to find out each corner of the Notts community and treat them all the same, it's a difficult job but I would imagine it could be easier if everybody pulled together in the same direction.

Notts rebuilding and they should accept the support.

I hope they both make a level commitment which will benefit the club and the fans, not seen them at the friendlies yet.

I'm not impressed, I tried speaking today to the assistant but she just rudely walked past me. Not much fan engagement on her behalf, I will try to speak to Jordan.

It's useful that the club is taking the fan engagement seriously again, that break between Sarah Gooding has been noticeable and effort needs to be made to correct it.

I’ve not spoken to them yet, I wanted to alllow them to settle into the roles but I plan to email them. I finally had a point of contact, then Sarah left and now I can provide feedback to anyone.

It doesn't bother me, I just hope they listen to fans and care about moving forward as a community.
