Good morning PoN, it’s a cloudy start and rain is forecast, I hope it doesn’t start too soon as I’m doing a Park Run this morning with my son and grandson, it’ll be interesting how many turn up as the weather starts to turn, there are usually around 400, know many are fair weather runners I wonder?

Later i’ll be relaxing and recovering from the run, that normally takes me until lunchtime this afternoon I’m not sure what Mrs Big Tone has got planned but if nothing is happening I might get in the van and have a look at the hot water tap which broke while we were away.

Tea tonight is a nice juicy sirloin steak with a few oven chips, salad and mushrooms. Lovely.

Your tea sounds lovely @Fan of Big Tone. Were also having something homemade, Houmous pasta with cheesy garlic bread and bacon lardons  . 

Anyway without match day I feel lost haha. So I am just going to chill out today and help around the house where I can. Other than that might just play some PS4 and watch some youtube. 

I may go gym later around 12/1 If I feel motivated but really want to make use of my down time today . 

Back from the Park Run my time was a bit disappointing this week at 33:14 but it was very windy so that’s my excuse. I’ve put my sweaty running gear in the wash and had a nice shower so now I’m relaxing a bit to recover.

Today's all about focusing on the important tasks that I normally wouldn't get to do due to the Saturday being a match day, it gives me a great chance to use today and tomorrow for this.

I feel like I'm in 5th gear and cruising through things so far.

Kate's working on the kitchen today, so I try to help from time to time. Again, I feel a little useless as I do tire very easy if I'm 'mobile' or using my arms a lot. I can sit and type quite easy but even this requires me to take breaks. It's a good day though!

i am feeling better.

i decided to get ahead start on the christmas shopping. i have been around town and beeston to find presents for my family. i had a nice walk around beeston, its quite windy out but its nice. now i am just catching up with pon.

Did some cooking today really enjoyed it did some soups then a few wraps and some other bits. Watching a bit of tv now.

Tiling in the kitchen today and then cook food for tonight. We have watched a movie together tonight too.

I spent awhile job hunting online and sending my CV over to people.

Hopefully I will have good news in terms of an interview but I am not holding my breath. Other than that I have been playing on my Playstation 4 and visiting various sites on the internet.

Portland is almost a finished job, I have to go to New York after and then back to Texas to pick up another shipment of items that needs to be sent across to Seattle. I'm all over the place at the minute but during December I have taken three weeks off.

I aim to come over to see some Notts games and catch up with my family that are still in the UK.

Other than this I have nothing new to report.
