Fa cup Notts County draw Barnsley away

So the fa cup draw is completed and Notts County will face league one Barnsley away at Oakwell in the first round of the fa cup. 

The tie will take place 9th-12th November

Challenging draw. But we don't need a cup distraction with how the league has started. Might prove vital if we can compete with them.

They are doing well 5th in the league but you never know the fa cup can bring out the beast on teams

League form doesn't count for much in the cup but the draw is still very  tough for Notts

Best hope they suffer a flu epidemic and have to field their youth side.

The FA Cup is full of shocks maybe we can be one team to cause an upset. You never know.

You never know in the cup but it’s a difficult game.

It’s going to be a difficult game no doubt but it’s the fa cup anything can happen .. I actually fancy this being my second away game if I’m honest. Just need the confidence back and I’m sure we will be ok.

I'm not bothered, I think the draw is okay and Barnsley was the last away game I did with @super_pie.

Barnsley is a good trip. Proper ground, ample away end and a shortish trip so should be a good following. As for the result, toss a coin. We could get hammered, but we could also spring a surprise - Barnsley have had a couple of poor results, and we have almost started to resemble a football team lately, Bury apart.

Cup games arnt as important but for any fans who want to go, at least its a short away trip.
