In the ideal world which current players would you want to see gone at the end of the season?

I am not talking about a real world situation, I'm simply asking for who you would personally like to see gone and why. One condition though, only 10 players can be released so choose wisely.

In no particular order!

1. Rob Milsom - Just unfit and very inconsistent
2. Richard Duffy - Waste of a shirt
3. David Vaughan - Too much wages and won't be played much
4. Ross Fitzsimons - Would prefer two new keepers
5. Elliott Hewitt - He's not good enough
6. Pierce Bird - Young but useless
7. Elliott Ward - Waste of experience and money
8. Dan Jones - Better left backs out there
9. Lewis Alessandra - Just not good enough and not consistent either
10. Shaun Brisley - Would prefer two new CB's that can form a partnership at back

The rest can do one or will be returning to their parent clubs anyway.

We do need a clear out to reduce the debt. Players that clearly arnt being played and staff that really arnt needed.

That at the end of the season no matter the league we play in next season is a must we need a clear there are players that are not pull in there weight so they need to go to balance the books and ensure Notts remain in business.

1. Elliott Hewitt - Has he been missed since not featuring? Get rid now, he's awful.
2. Richard Duffy - A few good games but most shite afterwards
3. Dan Jones - Seems a luxury for where Notts are heading, he doesn't work hard enough.
4. Rob Milsom - Centre of attention and a flash in the pan.
5. Ross Fitzsimons - Mostly to blame for what's transpired this season.
6. Andy Kellett - Luxury and too small to make proper use of him.
7. Noor Husin - Thinks he's better than what he is, get rid!
8. Elliott Ward - Better, cheaper, younger options out there.
9. lewis alessandra - nice guy but lacklustre of a player.
10. Christian Oxlade-Chamberlain - Rubbish, just a famous brother and nowhere near half of his ability.

Well, where do I begin? Oh, I know....

1. Richard Duffy - He can do well, but Notts could find someone so much better. Sometimes he does the right things, however, he puts his feet up when he knows that he will start and his antics does my head in. He would be the first person I closed the door on.
2. Elliott Hewitt - I just feel he needs to make a move from the club, he's been average all the time and there's no signs of improvement.
3. Elliott Ward - Waste of wages, he seems to have vanished.
4. Christian Oxlade-Chamberlain - Not a professional footballer, he's living off his brother's name.
5. Rob Milsom - I'm not impressed, he does well and then doesn't. We need someone more consistent and he's no left back!
6. Andy Kellett - Good player, he won't establish himself in this squad so I would let him go.
7. Ross Fitzsimons - He needs to find a new club to revive his career. I feel sorry for him, yet I know Notts could do better.
8. Will Patching - He doesn't seem likely to get the time he needs to improve or establish himself.

9 and 10, I am undecided at this stage.
