So it it’s emerged on transfer news LIVE that Scottish side St Johnston are eyeing up a possible bid for our very own Kane Hemmings. who has experience of playing in Scotland first with Rangers and then Dundee. 3F75C44C-054B-44F4-9466-3644759F2D7F.png

I wouldn't mind seeing him go, provided the fee was right and he was replaced. I am not sure Neal Ardley can get the most out of someone like Kane Hemmings as he just ends up playing to far wide.

i think it would be a mistake to allow him to leave even at any price, he has some pace and can score. he just need to be played right and properly managed.

On the one hand, he's a proven goalscorer and a quality player. On the other, he's probably a high earner whose wages could finance two or three new signings. If he does go, a decent replacement is a must.

Hopefully he doesnt go but thats only if hes actually going to get game time.

It's one of those situations I think the club would regret if we did allow him to go, we don't play to the strikers strengths and I've said before putting him out wide makes no sense. He's a goal scorer, we need goals, it would be daft to imagine we could sign someone else who could do what he did for us last season. These types of strikers are hard to come by, if the money is good that might change things.

I just feel we need his firepower.

I am disappointed that the club sold the clubs highest goalscorer and continued to play him out of position, as a striker he would have gotten more goals. More than Nathan Tyson!

The club will never learn to get the best out of strikers.

I only hope the club recouped some or all of the money we spent on signing him.

And hes gone.
