FA Cup

The balls are out of the sack and we face Ebbsfleet or Woking away in the first round of the cup. I can't deny that I'm underwhelmed - it would have been a nice change to play a League club again. Still, we should keep the ball rolling and hopefully we'll make the third round.

What do you think? Will you be making the trip, or is the cup an unwelcome distraction?

Good chance to get through. Ebbsfleet been in good form though of late.

Making the trip on the coach. No doubt it'll feel like it's -38 or something in the away end

Unflattering tie, which I mean no disrespect to Ebbsfleet but I was hoping for a bit more in terms of quality. Merely just to see what this squad has to offer, however, it's early still.

It's very important that Notts continues to progress, the cup money could keep us ticking nicely.

Providing a better budge to work with or see improvements to the club.

hopefully notts gets a lower league two team next, after that i would not object to any team. get some much needed money into our coffers.

Bring it on. We're going to win the cup.

We are doing better in the cup than we have done in many years.

Cup fever hitting Meadow Lane, progressing a few more rounds would be magical.

I am hoping Notts can be that non league team this year which goes quite far, I think the squad is capable of beating any side on their day.

It's about time Notts had a good cup run, once upon a time you could bank on it to happen. Not so much since Ray squandered all that sponsorship money.

Good cup run so far.

I am starting to think the cup might be a bit of a distraction, yes it's important but give some fringe players a chance to impress.

The next round the club might progress.

Notts must keep all of the squad 100% match fit.
