A field where dreams become reality.

What internet service provider do you use: virgin media

What are the advantages of them:

best broadband available and the tv prices are okay.

Do you like the service overall:

its about as good as it gets in the uk, it could be worse but then its not talktalk or bt. ????

Is their customer service any good:

i dont deal with them at the moment as i am not the account holder.

What makes you disappointed by them:

they seem slow at fixing issues, it takes a few days to resolve things and i dont think its that hard.

I use Sky for my TV, Virgin Media for my phone line and internet.

What are the advantages of them: Best internet and phone provider in the UK.

Do you like the service overall: Yes, I am very content overall.

Is their customer service any good: No, useless at the best of times.

What makes you disappointed by them: Lack of English speakers, even those who seem to be born here. It's like Virgin Media only employ people from Mansfield.

I use virgin media. Advantages are the internet has the best speed and no caps(when it works properly)

Disadvantages are that the packages are getting quite expensive and your forever having to haggle them down.

Customer service is very hit & miss. Very occasionally you get someone who is very helpful and knows what they are talking about but most of the time you get someone who has no clue and either trys to fobb you off saying theres no fault or just tells you to restart your equipment.

I haven’t setup broadband where I live yet, it’s the last thing on my mind with doing my house up. I have a data package with Verizon though.

When people ask what 'American Pie' is about, they're missing the point. The song isn't about the lines themselves - it's about what is between the lines. The song is about what isn't there.

What internet service provider do you use:

TalkTalk

What are the advantages of them:

Cheapish

Do you like the service overall:

It's Ok. Their routers are rubbish, but if you get your own router and reconfigure the DNS settings then it is fine. Very rarely goes down.

Is their customer service any good:

Hard work to be honest, threaten them a few times and thy will start to do things and give you a credit on your account

What makes you disappointed by them:

Probably a general thing, but phone boosts are quite expensive. Have dropped them now and dial from mobile.

I'm surprised they don't put the phone down. ;) ????

My parents are with Virgin Media, it goes down from time to time but I imagine they all have some form of problems.

Oh oh oh ohhhhh, everywhere where we go, watching super County putting on a show!
