Richard will always be remembered as being part of the record breaking side that won promotion back to the Football League.

I think he was right to move on at this stage in his career, & I think he will do a good job at Eastleigh at this level.

I am sure the move will benefit Richard & his Club next season.

I wish Richard well at his new club and I will be keeping an eye on his progress.

I think he's far better than Eastleigh, but I am pleased he's made a move and found a new club.

It's a good signing for them, that I believe, but I think Richard Brindley could be playing League Two football at right-back, and I just don't see them being a strong competition to get out of the National League.

yeah hes better than eastleigh, either he just felt like they would be the right fit or he was offered better wages. i cant imagine a league two team not being interested, i mean it might be that he was not likely to start but surely some club at our level would see hes a good player.

I think Richard Brindley being played as a centre-back and out of position may not have done him any favours from an EFL perspective. Adapting to a three-at-the-back formation has taken him out of his natural position, and I wouldn’t be surprised if this is why he hasn’t signed for a bigger club. It seems a lot of former Notts players end up at Eastleigh or Gateshead these days.

Brinds is a good player. I believe Eastleigh will provide him with a platform to advance his career. He could make a return to the EFL; he deserves to play league football.

Eastleigh have secured a great signing with Richard Brindley. He’s expected to perform well for them.

Richard Brindley was undoubtedly one of the best players we let go. However, he just didn’t fit into our system, especially not as a centre back. I have fond memories of him on the right, creating space and passing the ball to others. Unfortunately, our current system doesn’t suit him, and it wouldn’t be fair to keep a player of his calibre on the bench. I hope he thrives at Eastleigh.

I think he's better than Eastleigh, but he's signed with them and hopefully does well. He's a good player, and I appreciate his time at Notts.
