Notts reunion holiday snaps

What a partnership Cedwyn Scott and Macaulay Langstaff could have been for us if we had played them both as strikers. Nonetheless, both are icons of their time with us. Macca is a true legend for all he achieved, and Cedwyn will always be remembered for scoring the final penalty.

I agree that Macca & Cedwyn could have been a good striking partnership for Notts if given the opportunity..

Notts tried to convert Cedwin to an attacking midfielder rather than put him alongside Macca, but it just didn't happen unfortunately.

Would be great to see Macca back at the Lane one day. You can get success on the cheap, but the vast majority of Clubs realise that you have to invest in the best players for that level to get success.

I wonder if Bajami will be returning to playing after suffering his second setback? I wish all three of them well, but I really hope Cedwyn Scott finds himself at Carlisle United. He could be their biggest player if he finds the net.

Nice to see they’ve stayed in touch, you could tell there was a real harmony to that promotion winning team.

Great to see Bajrami looking well though, to have had back-to-back ACL injuries is awful luck. I can’t see why not @Chris, but he’ll probably be incredibly nervous when he first gets back playing next season, I really hope he can stay injury free for a while.

Still think Cedwyn should’ve stayed with us, but if he’s happier elsewhere that’s what really matters.

@menzinho, Fully agree.

If we had played him more as a striker, we might have kept him. He clearly felt lost when Macaulay Langstaff left, and when living away from family, having good friends like that is important.

I wish he had stayed, but we let him focus on his health and what was best for him. Not all clubs would do that.
