Here we go, my prediction is spot on.

Can Notts fight back?

They've taken the lead, I feel sorry for Adams. He's been solid since he's arrived and a slip seems to have given them the control, we can get back into this we just need to make sure we score before the end of the first half.

1-0 Scunthorpe!

Drizzie seems to have settled well in the middle. Seems calm and collected in his work so far.

Giving Murray a rest seems to have brought the best out of him, the french player sounds good also.

One more goal and our nerves can settle.

Sounds like Spiess isn't having a great game, I've heard "flap" a few times and "fumbled" in relation to him.

Traore is a very good player yet he'll never get a chance as despite what he may say to the press he does have his chosen players who will always play unfortunately for the lad

Russ Wilcox on the defeat to Notts County:

I haven't seen what he highlights but he does sound bitter and biased. I know Uncle Colin mentioned the disallowed goal was correct, as they fouled Fabs.

We shall see tomorrow!

That's a bit of a contradiction @super_ram, you can't field your strongest team AND give fringe players a chance.

Oh dear @tonyhateley.I see I'll have to be more specific just for your benefit

You can see what he means, don't be picky! ;):P

We'll probably introduce Fabs as the keeper, that isn't our "strongest" team but it's close, I like addition of the word possibly. Without it, I would be on his back myself... LOL

I'm glad you understood what I meant.

I should have put a smiley, I was having a bit of fun with my old sparring partner.

Can't find the smileys on tappatalk.

Yes,you made me laugh again.

Ha! I was joking too... LOL

You should have a plus button, least I do with my Android device. Near where you add a image ;)

He's a technophobe like me.

I have to say Fabs should have done better, no it's no easy when the defender slips but I do feel Bart and Roy could have both saved that. It was the most convincing shot, just well timed and timed. Brilliant goal back into the game, the scramble would have made it all the more of a surprise.

Brilliant pass for Murray's goal, his finish seemed a bit lucky but it was well taken.

Good to see the highlights!

Unlucky with the slip, we cannot blame Adams.

Just very positive football right now, whatever Derry's done he needs to continue. The football was fantastic, I have already watched the highlights on the magpie player, the full highlights are worth the time. Great pass for Murrays goal! 1-2 win after going down, we dont drop our heads anymore!

Another cracking win, 4 games away from Wembley. Really hope we keep taking this competition seriously, I mean what else are we going to win? Good to go into the international break full of confidence, what a second goal too!

As for the next round, the sides we can draw are:

Sheffield United, Doncaster Rovers, Oldham Athletic, Walsall, Tranmere Rovers, Bury and Preston North End

A keeper should always be alert, he seems to have been caught dreaming too (the more I go on the more I'll sound knit picky).

Yet to explain - I do agree that he has little time to come to the rescue but he charges out, he didn't try to narrow the space before (majority of keepers would do this) and he goes in with his foot (or feet) rather than his hands which suggests he didn't have faith he could stop it with his hands.

Similar to this....

Yet the keeper follows up by bringing the player down and I'd have given a pen for that!

Unfortunate defensive slip,I don't think Fabs could have done any better.Great pass and finish for the 2nd goal.
