Would you be an extra in a film? The catch being you had to pay for it.

There is to be a sequel to Mike Basset England Manager, but they seek fans donations to fund it.

Would you/wouldn't you, and is this something you think we will see more of?

I was actually once in the back ground of a TV product filmed in one of my previous work places, I actually was asked to speak but I bottled it and asked to remain in the background.

I wouldn't do it, not even now.

It seems fun but that said, its not really me. I could see @hissingdwarf being a great film/tv extra. ;)

I would if I was paid but I certainly wouldn't pay them. I used to work with someone who used to be an extra in films and television programmes, he used to take his holidays from work and spend several days in film sets while filming was taking place, he was paid but when I watched some of the things he appeared in it was a case of don't blink or you'll miss it!

I try to be as far away from being on tv as possible.. hiding away in the background, or even a camera for that matter. I once went on stage at a concert and as the microphone was coming closer to me i was moving further into the crowd of other people.
