Doncaster Rovers vs Notts County (JPT)

The tie which hasn't wanted to happen just yet, hopefully will go ahead on Tuesday night.

Doncaster this season have been very disappointing, I would suspect even their own fans would agree but likewise we can't write them off. Our lads shouldn't get ahead of themselves either! We was knocked out the League and F.A Cup, so if we go into this thinking we will make Wembley without a glitch, I feel the same will happen.

I don't expect this to be the case for us, I think we will go in prepared.

Since this is our last chance to have a bit of momentum from a cup, I do feel we should treat it just the same as any other game. Yes, I'm not that interested in the JPT - I still believe it needs re-branding but it is a good chance to lift the squad, fan base and continue our good start to the season.

I think whatever the outcome it will be narrow, I feel we can do it.

0-1 Notts. Murray to get the goal.

Thoughts?

the league is more important that we risk no injuries or suspensions, tho i would like us to win.

i cant call the game because i have no seen their recent form, so i will just hope for the best. we need some of our players to find form now and keep up with steady performances. i also wonder who will pair at the back? i would keep mike edwards as a starter and give haydn hollis a rest myself. i would not risk mullins as he is back now right?

I think we are going to struggle, this is no slight on Notts, but Doncaster should on a given day be able to dispose of us rather tidily. Sorry guys I see us losing by the odd goal, will go for 2-1 to Doncaster :(

They had an excellent 1-0 win at Oldham in the FA Cup. Hopefully they get Chelsea or Man Utd at home in the next round which might distract them. I can see this one going to penalties. I think we'll do it.Β

Comparing the form, notts are not looking as good.

This must be the first point this season where we have conceded more than we have scored, correct? I am still quietly confident about getting a result. I am not so much bothered about the cup, nobody really is until you reach this point but its a good opportunity.

Hopefully we can settle it in normal time, I dont fancy getting back late.

Notts will be fine!

I hope we can win, what fan doesn't?

Doncaster are a side which at home I would expect them to beat me, my heart says notts but my mind says doncaster. I am not going tonight, so i will be listening to the radio.

Think we'll sneak it tbh. 2 - 1 to the mighty Pies.

Was hoping to go but still at work! Serious matters of state to attend to, do can't get away in time. The chat room beckons.

Come on you Piiiiiiiiiiiieeeeeeeees..

Huge unnecessary distraction which could lead to injuries and unwanted fatigue.Β Wembley do tours every day if you want a look around. A play-off trip on the other hand would be well worthwhile COYPΒ Β
