I can't wait, I don't want to do a @Joe Jones but it's fantastic news that Carly Telford is confident about playing. It's just a shame we don't have a backup for the bench, however if you need something to spur you on - Surely this will be one of them reasons? How unfair is by the FA to not permit us to enter a second keeper???

Well, my Chelsea friend is going and I hope we can show him just what being a Notts fan is like by making a lot of racket.

The score possibly could favour Chelsea, on paper they have the strongest squad but not by much. COME ON NOTTS LADIES, BRING THE CUP BACK TO NOTTINGHAM.

You Pies!

Supposedly several players have practice being in goal, so we should be okay. Get two up, then cram everyone into our goal lol

Alright folks,

I've written an article about my feelings on the game, what it means to me as a Notts fan, to the city of Nottingham and to women's football in England. Please have a read and tell me what you think, comments and thoughts welcome  :)

Pretty quiet, better chances have fallen to Chelsea but they have been poor on goal. Trust us to concede a goal which was scrappy and pretty poor.

Our ladies started off well.

The Chelsea fan near me is driving me crazy, so biased and no idea.

Losing 1-0 at half time, Chelsea are the stronger team and deserve to be in the lead. Still time to get back into it though COYLP!!

I enjoyed that. Chelsea deserved their win. They weren't brilliant but they didn't have to be, Notts didn't turn up.

Some observations:

Notts are a physical side, brilliant at set pieces.

Turner is a fine player. Best player on the day for Notts.

Notts's tactics were all wrong. Invited Chelsea on to them and gave them far too much room. Eluko destroyed Greenwood. Ji did what she wanted.

All in all, Notts can't how too many complaints. Still 2 competitions to play for.

Rick Prattmor got his tactics totally wrong today, set them up to defend and catch them on the break, they don't play like that in a league game, so why today. Poor management decision today.

I have to say 25 minutes in, Notts had no structure at all and Rick didn't do anything to balance Chelsea's passes/direct approach. I agree with @4everapie on that.

We started brightly, yet dropped off.

Also, I feel Susi should have started. She looked class going forward and was let down several times by her team mates.

I enjoyed watching it on telly, lots of crowd scenes showing Notts supporters but didn't see the two Joes.
