50 years ago today

The Rolling Stones released "Satisfaction" I heard it being played by my next door neighbour I lived in the meadows at the time, I was instantly hooked and have been ever since.

What memories do you have of your favourite group? When did you first hear their record?

There's been several albums I have been excited about, when I first go 'I should Coco' by Supergrass I absolutely wouldn't stop listening to it.

A could name another two albums but I won't.

I remember the first time I saw The Stones on tv.I was at a cousins house in 1963 and we watched 'Ready, Steady ,Go' before we went out.They sang 'Come on'

I always used to look forward to certain albums coming out, but nowadays i don't bother so much.. I only occasionally listen to music and it tends to be the same few bands.

Queen was and still is my go to band.

Shame I never got to see them & Freddy live.
