I have managed to fix the Tapatalk issues - Yet I could do with this confirming by normal users, as I can't fully strike it off without knowing this isn't just repaired for my usergroup.

@DangerousSausage, @hissingdwarf, @Dripsey3, @Canadian and @liampie.

Would the above members be able to help me out by checking? (The app informs me you are all users of it)

Cheers!

I've only used it twice, months ago and deleted it a long time ago, so i'm no help on this one i'm afraid. Didn't like it at all. Preferred the web view of the site itself.

Fair enough @hissingdwarf.

It seems to be working fine, so all with that seems okay - if anyone does experience issues, please do post here.

There are some improvements which can be made to the mobile view but it is generally very good. White tags, no buttons, things like that.

Good job though.

I registered on Tapatalk @notts-joe but I've never used it. I usually read PON on my tablet and I find the normal site more intuitive than Tapatalk. So I'm not really in a position to comment on it one way or the other. Great work though!

The site is looking great now, thanks for all your hard work @notts-joe, @cheeky~k8 and anyone else who was involved.

I previously used tapatalk because I could upload photos from it but now with the new mobile site I won't need tapatalk. I love the addition of the mentions whereby you can put part of the name and it comes up with suggestions, I could never remember the correct spellings of users names but now I don't need to.

I'm still experimenting and learning things but so far I am mightily impressed.

I see we've lost some smileys/emoticons, any chance of getting them back?

Hang on ignore that, I've just found them. :magnificent:

I thought this was going to be about the maintitle (header for forum image) being missing.

I upgraded the core last night and some things decided to disappear, thanks to @Pete T for fixing 'em.

@4everapie has reported a bug with the search tool.

Is anyone else experiencing issues with it? It appears to be related to Android devices but would appreciate if members could report back. @tonyhateley, @hissingdwarf could you guys check please?

I've just checked on my desktop imac and the search function is working fine. In fact I didn't know we had a search function, it will come in very handy.

Sorry, I don't do Android so I can't check on those.

I don't know whether this is a bug or not but I've just tried to upload a picture to the forum on the mobile site and it said the picture was too big so I had to go to Tapatalk and it loaded ok, is there anyway we could load bigger pics without having to go to tapatalk @notts-joe?

It will be the size of the actual file right? Tapatalk use a third party storage host.

If you tell me the size, I can lift the amount in total up a little more.

Thanks @tonyhateley

I'm not sure how big the picture was but the message said "you are only allowed to upload 604.61kb". It's the picture I posted in the MLSB of a curry in a pan.

And here was me picturing @tonyhateley holding his fingers saying "the pci was about this big @notts-joe. Probably an inch or so!"

@notts-joe The site seems to not transfer log ins. By that I mean I log in from two or three different computers at home and they are all chrome synced, but it seems that each time now I have to log in. Previously once logged in it would stay logged in regardless of which computer I picked up.

@hissingdwarf - I haven't experienced this myself, are you able to search using the a android device?

I'll look into the problem.

Search bug...click into it and the keyboard immediately vanishes.

Also can't delete a tag when tagged by mistake e.g. @notts-joe I press delete now and it doesn't delete the tag!!!

From kindle.( which is basically Android!)

@hissingdwarf - Many times do you hit delete? Try doing it until all the letters are gone, after a few more for me it removes the person mentioned. Otherwise I will need to keep checking!
