Any prove in this, @NewarkPie informs me that there's pictures of him having been seen in Plymouth with Derek Adams.

I can't say I would be majority bothered had he gone.

Alan Smith has played his last game for Notts. He will be announced as a Plymouth player tomorrow. Good luck to him. We wont miss him.

I really hope so. Respected by the players as a coach and has worked well as a coach with Noble, but he has been  serious negative on the playing side for me.

He's a top professional, can't fault him there, but he's done as a 90 min player.

If it's true that Plymouth have offered Smith a contract for an extra season at the end of this one, it doesn't say much for their scouting. Good luck to him though.

Apparently it's not happening yet anyway. I assume he's been made an offer but wants to see if the new boss offers him one. He probably wants to stay as he lives in Derbyshire but also wants a contract.

I thought it was a done deal. As Tony said, he must be waiting to speak to the new manager before making a decision.
