Just that he didn’t want to leave he loved his time at County the staff and players were amazing and the 14 players he released wasn’t his choice

It sounded like a good night, I am pleased that Kevin Nolan shown a lot more respect than what he has been shown.

Has anyone seen the Twitter picture featuring all the ex Notts staff that have left under Alan Hardy?

He said a bit more, however he was very respectful and said that he believed he could have turned it around. It sounded like a lot of the decisions had been made without him present at the time.

There was also a comment about how he felt about being sacked without support from Alan Hardy.

It speaks volumes for KN this does, a lot of these people I feel make the difference between the success and downward fall that happened.

Too many good people have left the club, it wouldn't surprise me if this made it harder for Nolan to do his job.

You don't become a bad manager over night, with how things this season have gone nobody should be better. Not even Alan Hardy because he's the person who has gambled on Notts gaining promotion.

It might have been better if the club avoided this and just went for the playoffs.

I wish Nolan well, I would have liked to have thanked him for all he did.

Notts must learn to retain the good and release the bad.

It seems from an exiles view that the club sometimes cut corners to gain extra revenue for the players budget, it wouldn't surprise me if AH is low on the capital he can invest and that he's decided to bank on promotion this season. It would be a shame to think that any decisions would have been made without Kevin Nolan present, lets just hope Harry Kewell stands up for his side of the job.

The fact he wants to be more of a coach would seem that AH likes some form of involvement as there was plenty of experienced "managers" he could have hired.

He went for another inexperienced manager, who works more closely as a coach and this means the clubs had to bring in Paul Hart.

I wish Kevin Nolan well, but I hope Harry Kewell can take the club forward.

Whatever went off with Nolan and Hardy, lets hope things will be learned from now on and improved to help Kewell.

It sounded like a good night.

Considering the way he was sacked, I think it's nice that he had a final farewell from the Notts fans.

I have been told he plans to remain in Nottingham and that Alan Hardy supposedly stopped him from saying bye to the players. There's a lot of rumours but I think evin Nolan has handled all this very well.
