4-4-2 for me the old waysnthe best... some people may say no because it’s not the current way as it’s out of touch but for me it suits Nottts. Four at at the back to strengthen and give a one man advantage to the defence and safe guard fitz.

4-4-2 because otherwise the players seemed overwhelmed at the fact the have to play a new formation and splay like they've got two left feet.

4-4-2 is standard.

A tradition that we look good playing and one becoming hard to master these days. Most clubs have moved away from this, so it sums it up.

I don't mind 3-5-2 either but it's a weaker formation of the options, it can work well though.

I don't think we have a best formation, I think we set up different depending on who we're playing.. 

4-4-2 would be the best formation.

Notts always tends to look okay or good when they play using it.

4-4-2 notts always looks better with two strikers up top.

I am ambivalent. It doesn’t seem to matter what formation we play, after two decent performances we press the self destruct button and head to destination f**ked again ! 

 

Notts should be good enough to play several formations successfully without struggling to adapt, if the players was well drilled and organised this might be the case but it it's not now.
