Well it’s competition for Ross Fitzsimmons now he may be young but I think he could really help Notts stat up.

At last Notts have a World Cup winner! :D

Really glowing words from Neal Ardley, he obviously really rates him. I expect to see Schofield in the first eleven sooner rather than later.

I hope he works well with the squad.. Notts don't normally sign young players.

Especially young keepers on loan, lets hope he's more than Kasper Schmeichel.

He looked quite good.

His distribution seems fairly good, with his throwing allowing Notts to break quickly. He's nothing like Ross Fitzsimons, they both have a different style of play but I can see Ryan Schofield retaining the number one jersey.

He celebrated his very good save a little too much, which lead to the goal from the corner but there was no defence in front of him.

That said he should have expected something to come in on target rather than jumping about.

I hope he does well. Hes not got much experience being so young so needs to learn and with our record at the moment, we don't have time for learning.

He needs abit more practice in league games but its not as if Notts are playing like a league team this season. I hope he keeps improving.

Hopefully he plays next time, he was said to be ill today.

He should always be starting for me, just the sheer amount of goals conceded by Ross Fitzsimons shows how desperate the club is for steady hands at the back.

I wanted to see him start instead of Ross, I think he might get the chance to seal the first time shirt after Saturday's loss. A stronger voice that commands a reaction from the defenders is needed.

Why did he not play today? One of the most frustrating things about the Yeovil game today.

I was disappointed but I think Neal Ardley wanted to give Ross a chance to play, I doubt it will be repeated.

I hope hes ok for the next match. Our managers keep sticking with a few certain players that can't play.
