So JonΒ stead gave everything When he played for Notts put a shift in and scored some vital goal for us now as we all know he was released on the end of season list he a experienced player and I think would have done great in a coaching role at meadow lane.Β

What dose everyone else think would he have made a good coach at meadow lane.?

Not bothered about Jon Stead, he served the club well and deserved to be respected for what he did for Notts. He fought hard and did his best, yet at this stage in his career it makes sense to reduce the fee he wants. Even if he became a coach, I think it’s best to part ways.

No, he’s inexperienced and not the silk of the likes of Mike Edwards or Kevin Pilkington. The way he became grumpy as his contract ended, I just felt he was rude and would never want to see him at the club again.
