What’s the secret to the success this season?

I know, I know.... The leagues are all suspends right now. I’m thinking outside the box.

What’s the secret to the success this season?

Is it the steady ownership, Neal Ardley, recruitment, the fans, correcting last season, the standard of the league, something else, or a mixture of these?

For you, what has been the secret to the success this season?

When people ask what 'American Pie' is about, they're missing the point. The song isn't about the lines themselves - it's about what is between the lines. The song is about what isn't there.

Enjoyment and togetherness.

I think what the Reedtz brothers have done is breathe new live into the club, they're actively involved but leave the staff to do their jobs. I do feel to some degree we have been lucky, partly due to the signings but its all been amazing work. Having signed Kyle Wootton and Cal Roberts, it has shown the clubs willing to invest and Neal Ardley can work with players who are quality.

Getting rid of those only interested in themselves or the previous regime must have given Notts a new lease of life.

i think having the club properly ran from the top to the bottom makes the biggest difference, nobody is bumping heads and we dont have owners looking for fights online which takes away the circus feel.

the fact the press are not all eyes on us, i think it removes some of the pressure that we have had.

neal ardley deserves credit for overcoming difficulties as much as anyone, hes far from perfect but good enough.

They've hit the ground running and, this in my opinion is largely down to the staff who are in place. As fans we are lucky that AH didn't drive more a way, I still feel saddened when I look further back and realise just who we have lost because of troubles experienced by the club.

We have a strong squad for the National League.

Neal Ardley is more than good enough to get us out, the style he builds his team is refreshing as each signing does improve the team overall. Yes, people will see that his decisions in games aren't always perfect but that's football. It's one of the things annoys me, however, he's still learning and much of this success is down to him.

A field where dreams become reality.

I would add that it's a lot to do what has already been mentioned.

The quality of the squad started to shine in the games prior to the leagues suspension, its just the away games which started to drag but I do feel confidence has played a big part in this season. The squad seems unified too, no groups and I would praise Neal Ardley for getting rid of those who stuck in their own little camps.

"Strive not to be a success, but rather to be of value."

I think the biggest things are the players and manager being on the same wavelengths, Ardley has players who are buying into what he's trying to do and many of his signings have hit the ground running this season.

This goes a long way towards building confidence.
