Match Discussion: Game 40 - The Iron (H)
@menzinho With six games left to play, Langstaff has ample time to achieve a record-breaking feat that would stand out as one of the few major accomplishments accomplished during this campaign. The prospect of such a remarkable achievement can inspire Langstaff to continue to work tirelessly towards the goal. It is a chance for Langstaff to leave a mark and make a lasting impression, not only on the team but also on the sport itself. With determination, dedication, and hard work, Langstaff can surpass previous records and set new ones that will be remembered for years to come. This is a moment to seize and make the most of, and Langstaff is well-positioned to take full advantage of it.

Match Discussion: Game 40 - The Iron (H)
After last week's draw at Barnet, I was a bit apprehensive about our team's chances against Scunthorpe. However, I was relieved and proud to see them put on a strong performance. Chicksen's goal in the early minutes was a brilliant way to set the tone for the match and gave us the momentum we needed. Langstaff's two goals were well-deserved and highlighted his exceptional goal-scoring skills. Scoring 101 league goals this season is a remarkable achievement and reflects the offensive capabilities of our team. Although we're still three points behind Wrexham, if we continue to play with this level of determination, I believe we have a strong chance of catching up. COYP!

Match Discussion: Game 40 - The Iron (H)
It's crucial that we rally behind our team, regardless of who's playing. Sure, Scunthorpe United may be struggling at the moment, but that doesn't mean we should take it easy on them. In fact, given the current state of injuries and international duties, it's more important than ever to field our strongest squad. If Mair gets the starting nod, we should all be rooting for him to succeed. And if Langstaff starts but is nursing an injury, we need to be extra cautious and protect him as much as possible. Of course, if we find ourselves in a comfortable position, we can afford to make substitutions without jeopardising the outcome of the game. Ultimately, what matters most is that Notts County puts its best foot forward. We need to give ourselves the best chance of success, and that means fielding our strongest possible lineup. So let's all get behind the team and show our support, no matter who's on the pitch.

Match Discussion: Game 39 - The Bees (A)
The game between Barnet and Notts was a tough one, with both teams having the opportunity to win. Rodrigues came close to scoring for Notts, while Barnet almost scored twice, but Brooks managed to prevent them from scoring. Despite Barnet considering Brooks as a possible weak link, the young goalkeeper performed well. Langstaff's goal was a huge relief for Notts, but their performance as a team was not up to their usual standard at Meadow Lane. Overall, I don't feel like we were that bad, but I do believe that Wrexham will now win the title.

Match Discussion: Game 32 - The Spitfires (H)
I was ecstatic about Notts County's 3-1 victory over Eastleigh. The match was a true test of the team's grit and determination, with both sides going for it, but I felt Eastleigh went in harder with rough challenges. However, the players showed incredible courage and never-give-up attitude in the second half to secure the win. One player who truly shone in this match was Rodrigues. He was an unstoppable force on the field and played a critical role in securing the victory for Notts County. His talent and skill were evident throughout the match, and it's clear that he has the potential to be a game-changer in future matches. Another player who caught my attention was Sam Austin. He was constantly on the move and never stopped running forward or being direct in his approach to the game. He was a constant menace for the opposition and made a significant impact on the match. I strongly believe that he should be given more playing time to help contribute to the team's success.

Match Discussion: Game 32 - The Spitfires (H)
In my view, while Eastleigh is a good team, I don't think they will be able to match Notts County's quality in this upcoming match. Notts has demonstrated great skill and proficiency in their previous games, and with the added advantage of playing at home, I believe they will emerge victorious. That being said, I am not entirely dismissive of Eastleigh's potential. Every team has their strengths and weaknesses, and Eastleigh has shown in the past that they can be a formidable opponent. However, I think their playing style might work against them in this match. Their tendency to wait for chances to strike rather than being proactive might play into Notts hands, allowing them to dictate the pace of the game and create opportunities.

Notts County manager Luke Williams speaks on the departure of Joel Taylor
Best for both parties considering, good luck to Joel.

Match Discussion: Game 38 - Wanderers (H)
What a fantastic display of skill, courage, and determination from the magpies in yesterdays game! It's no wonder they came out on top with such a talented squad, including the undeniable heartbeat of the team, Matty Palmer. Alongside other stars of this squad, Palmer drove the team forward with his exceptional playmaking and leadership abilities. From start to finish, the boys in black and white dominated the field and showcased their incredible talent, making it an absolutely massive win for the team and our fans.

Match Discussion: Game 38 - Wanderers (H)
If Notts want to challenge for a title, they need to beat Dorking. Wrexham might have a hard time because other teams will want to beat them to show they can beat a famous team. Luke Williams needs to motivate the team after their draw with Bromley. I don't think he believes they can't win the title. It would be strange for him to say that unless he's playing mind games. They just need to focus on winning the game, even if it's not a beautiful performance.

Match Discussion: Game 36 - The Lillywhites (A)
It would be unwise to underestimate Bromley, and I'm afraid to say that the writing was on the wall even before the game began. In my opinion, the keeper situation wouldn't have changed the outcome of the match. The first penalty was a careless mistake by from a Notts prospect, and although the game was entertaining, it was frustrating for Notts fans at the game as nothing seemed to click, and many opportunities could have been executed better. A fair point, but lucky at the same time for Notts.

Match Discussion: Game 36 - The Lillywhites (A)
I am cautiously optimistic about the prospect of playing Bromley. While they may not be one of the biggest clubs in the league, they have proven to be a tough opponent for many teams this season. On one side, I am confident in our team's ability to play at a high level and secure a victory against Bromley. We have a strong squad with talented players who are capable of taking on any challenge. Our recent form has been impressive [putting aside the loss to Dagenham], and we have managed to secure some important victories that have put us in a good position in the league. However, I am also aware that Bromley cannot be underestimated. They have shown that they are a team that can cause upsets, and they will be motivated to take points from us. It is important that Notts approach the game with the right mindset and focus on our strengths while also being prepared for any surprises that Bromley may throw our way. While there are no guarantees in football, I believe that if we play to our full potential, we should be able to come away with a positive result.

Match Discussion: Game 35 - The Daggers (H)
Two factors that Notts is unable to overcome are bad officials and biased coverage. I sometimes fear that BT Sports is a curse when it comes to Notts. No matter what Notts tried to do to get back on top, it never seemed likely to happen, and I always feel that Dagenham & Redbridge would score to win the game.

Match Discussion: Game 34 - The Shrimpers (H)
It was one of them performance that everything plays out just the way you want it. Unforgettable game, fantastic team performance, and an incredible squad led by a top-class manager at this level. How can we possibly top that?

Match Report: Notts County Extend Unbeaten Run to 25 Matches with 7th Straight Win Against Southend United
A Beautiful Passage of Play, Ruben's Inch-Perfect Pass to Macca After Carrying the Ball Some Yards Was Delightful to Watch. Rodrigues might not be finding the net as consistently as he may or could do, but his work rate from midfield never drops. He's in fine form!

Match Discussion: Game 21 - The Bees (H)
Nicke Kabamba played a storm against Chesterfield 2 weeks ago. Barnet are also a stronger side this season, not a weakened team but one that attacks well. It will be another tough test for Notts, both teams have a similar style.

John Bostock signs for Notts!
This is the guy who was training with Notts previously? Bit of a step down from playing League One.
-
Match Discussion: Game 27 - The Mariners (H)
Notts just stopped doing what worked in the first half and found it difficult to match Grimsby's desire. A draw wouldn't have been so bad, yet to lose in the dying moments of the game after leading for so long annoys me. Ruben Rodrigues barely contributed anything positively to the game. I have seen criticism of Kyle Wootton, but I thought he had little to no service. I don't understand why the midfield didn't do their jobs better, Cal Roberts won't always have that spark to create something. I thought he was poor in the second half, very wasteful.
-
Match Discussion: Game 21 - The Linnets (A)
This win could be the turning point of our season, a good result and Cal Roberts firing in 3 goals won't hinder his confidence what with the bid from Chesterfield.
-
Match Discussion: FA Cup - The Dale (H)
Notts just needs to be patient with their play, there will be times when Rochdale should press more and that is when we could sting them. I think the counter play tonight will be the area Notts enjoys more of its possession. Prediction? I couldn't possibly guess.
-
Match Discussion: FA Cup - The Dale (A)
I would hope that if Notts fails to win at Meadow Lane and that we hit another blip, fans don't jump to the assumption its related to this. You have to respect the draw, in the first half it didn't seem likely to happen. I'll be at the home rematch. ????

Match Discussion: FA Cup Qualifying - The Lambs (H)
Well, I think the job should've been taken care of first time a round but the second time of asking should be good enough. We need to see a good performance by Notts, nothing less. Convincing 2-0 win please. O'Brien and Wootton to score.
-
Match Discussion: FA Cup Qualifying - The Lambs (A)
Notts must do better at Meadow Lane in the returning replay, 0-0 isn't something to moan about but to be defensively good, does Notts lack the grit to go and score? Its almost Ricardo Moniz esq.
-
Match Discussion: FA Cup Qualifying - The Lambs (A)
I suspect one or two changes, but nothing that will rest most of the key players. Matt Palmer is important to get the ball moving forward, I don't see Ian Burchnall resting him. I do feel we should consider giving some a rest, Kairo Mitchell could lead the attack, but I do not see him as a goal scoring threat.
