Your favourite player

Who would you name as your favourite player from the last five years?

I would name Alan Judge.

He was a great signing for Notts and a player we should have made money from. In the updates I used to check, his name always stood out and we just can't get that type of quality now.

Yours?

When people ask what 'American Pie' is about, they're missing the point. The song isn't about the lines themselves - it's about what is between the lines. The song is about what isn't there.

Don McLean

Lee Hughes. Simply loves playing, and his enthusiasm was infectious. Doubt I'll ever see a better striker play for Notts, he was pure quality. If we're honest, if it wasn't for his conviction he wouldn't have been anywhere near the lower divisions at that stage of his career.

I couldn't just choose one, yet I can say the players became noticeably poorer as the years progressed.

Ben Davies, Lee Hughes, Neal Bishop, Alan Judge, Bartoz etc

A field where dreams become reality.

For me it was Bishop.  Not always the most technically minded, but wore his heart on his sleeve and was more than happy to go in for a challenge.  I thought he gave a real bite to the central midfield.  There was also, of course, his goal against Man City, where I might have given the random fan next to me a bloody lip from the celebration (sorry if you are reading this). There aren't many moments that beat that in the past 5 years, so thanks for that Bish

Quick... get the drugs squad round there quick!

Hawley undoubtedly had talent, and scored for fun for Carlisle in the lower leagues, but it is a shame we didn't see it

That's what I mean. It makes me laugh when people celebrate big Delroy, who in my opinion didn't have half of the talent that Hawley had, but still gave Hawley stick!

1. Lee Hughes for me without a doubt.

2. Neal Bishop

3. Kasper

He played well last season @MichaelRiordan, but I think (and I don't mean this to sound patronising) over the next couple of years you will see better.

Alan Judge or Lee Hughes. Both committed players who brought so much to the team.

Beyond me how people could say Bishop though. He was committed too, but sadly lacked skill and was outshone by Ricky Ravenhill.

Alan Judge, I really liked him his style of play and how he attempted to drive Notts forward. At least he was one midfielder not afraid to shoot from outside of the box!

Oh oh oh ohhhhh, everywhere where we go, watching super County putting on a show!
