Moniz has named a virtually different team to the last match, what's going on?

Posted

sack him end of this is a fucking joke now McLeod noble Hewitt carrol campbell Burke all benched you're taking the fucking piss now to far enough is enough orient are gonna slaughter us I don't give a shit about the JPT I'd rather lose that but this is a joke Audel crap sprockel crap swerts at Arab no were near hewitts level if we get smashed today he deserves the sack lost the plot completely

Well lets see what the reason is, perhaps there is illness in the camp, if there is no specific reason and we lose then he will be slaughtered.

I highly doubt it mate I hate to say it orient will rip us up he's taking a risk on his job

But if we win he will be lauded as a tactical genius. I hope its the latter.

Posted

The line up seems very strange to say the least. There will be massive fall-out if things go wrong.I'm completely bewildered

Posted

so orient are playing there strongest 11 and were playing a reserve squad 1 it's disrespectful to orient 2 it's disrespectful to the fans travelled an 3 it's a joke how can you go beat York beat Luton draw at Dagenham an then change it to that its a joke an if the JPT is the excuse it's a sham because I'd rather take 3 points and I know one thing if we get hammered today the kop will soon give him abuse if you're best 11 lose you can accept it but this is on a whole new level sorry I'm not impressed

Absurd selection

3 points that at the moment, it seems that he's thrown away.
3-1 now
Bad decision Moniz

Posted

Maybe he is sending a message to his players He is boss. Also I wonder if Carroll could have saved any of the goals so many critical of Carrol yet Loach seems to have been beaten easily

Posted

if that's his message he should fuck off now cause the club is more important that's a stupid thing to do sorry sack him simple bloke as no idea

Posted

What a shambles, Moniz has lost the plot, Where do we go from here?

Posted

simple we sack him an get a lower league manager wo understands the leagues and knows what it takes Nigel cough has done it at this level turned sheff United into a half decent play off squad not bein funny we have spent money and some of our players the 9 he dropped today would easily get into top 3 teams but moniz is not the man for the job if we stick with him we are in for a scrap

Posted

Let's not overreact, we need stability and it's clear Moniz is trying to get the best out of his players, yet today was odd. Give him the season, there's time for things to settle and any new manager would hack the squad down.

That might not be a bad thing but really, we need to see how things go a bit more.

Posted

That team sheet was a resignation letter in disguise. i wonder if Ray Trew will act on it...

Posted

well I tell you wat if we give him a season expect a scrap at the bottom then cause he isn't doing things right if he plays our first team in a piss pot trophy match that doesn't matter il go mental because to drop the best goalie In this league is a joke he crys he wanted more strikers oh an spends 150K on McLeod then says oh wait na il drop you today campbell you've been playing well but il drop you to and plays Audel an sprockel as anyone noticed when Audel and sprockel ain't played we have won Accrington York draw at Dagenham an them two clowns weren't near the squad they come back in boom Hewitt class right back na lets drop him noble our most creative player in my view na lets drop him to he has no clue an should be sacked end off il bet all of you my Xbox one and FIFA 16 he won't get us near the top 8 all year

Posted

He needs to start sticking and working with players, he's making his own mistakes and then blaming the players. I fear he will lose not only the squad but the fans if he keeps up these mindless decisions.

9 changes is just unheard of.

Posted

I think he's lost the fans an Plymouth will be his last game I really do I think he's put to much pressure on them told them it's promotion or failure told McLeod he needs to score 25 goals brought in way to many players that can't hack it drops players for no reason aka snidjers arrogant can't accept it is his fault like nine changes his answer was there my players I choose them you may fucking choose em moniz yes but to drop a back four who had played so many games an we're unbeaten in 3 to go and pick Audel sprockel an swerts etc was just arrogant an if you did it to prove a point congratulations you proved it

The team selection was bizarre. The inclusion of Jenner is always mystifying, the pairing of Sprockel & Audel was simply ridiculous and there being none of Burke, Noble, Campbell or MacLeod in the starting line up just incredible.

However, rumours of a bust up between Moniz & Carroll, an injury to Aborah and, perhaps, a "lesson" for MacLeod may provide, in part, some explanation for the lunacy. If you also recognise that at least 6, (or us it 8?), of this side have to start on Tues in the Mickey Mouse Cup then, maybe, the selection isn't as surprising as all that. It is still bonkers and in my view he should have kept the core of the team together for both Sat & Tues.

I don't buy this rotation for Cup games rubbish, not at this level. Fans are entitled to vfm & we ought to realise that duff Cup comps are still a chance for glory and respect the opposition as well as the competition. Plus, success breeds success and we need consistency, unity and confidence. They are all in short supply IMO.

well if he dropped McLeod over that he needs firing there is a difference when u AV a striker who u pay 150k for an sit him on the bench an have no one near as good as he is his excuse was there tired an all fans are saying they had a bust up over the Dutch players or sumat don't be surprised to see Carroll McLeod noble all get pissed off and demand moves simple

It's poor man management if the rumours are true about a bust up, he is sacrificing points on the board just to try and assert his authority.

As I say IF the rumours are true then it is very poor indeed and his position should be in doubt.

However I guess we will never know the truth of what happened.

course we won't tiny the club won't leak it and the press won't know unless someone accidentally spills Ray will know of this and be interesting to see what he does if it's true because answer me this snidjers playing great all of a sudden dropped an no he is not injured he said he is fit second you don't drop everyone for a JPT game even Ray trew would not allow that in the slightest something has gone off and his interview yesterday stunk Colin tried to get it out of him his response there my players and was basically saying I don't trust some of them an we don't know what goes on behind closed doors which to me clearly indicates something has gone off and the players will soon stop playing for him I bet everyone a pint on it

If I'd travelled to London to find out that we'd replaced virtually the entire team that had picked up 7 points out of 9, I'd have been furious. We had finally started to find our feet, grind out a few results and climb the table, and then this. It was a good time to play Orient, they were on a poor run and were probably short on confidence, but we threw our chance away so that our manager could prove a point. It was obvious that it wasn't going to end well.

It was unfair on the players who played too. Players who woud excel when brought into a settled team find it a lot harder in a team that has just been thrown together like that.

These are not continental methods. Managers who believe in squad rotation change 3 or 4 players, but not virtually the whole team.

I like cup competitions, but to be frank I couldn't care less about the JPT this year. We need to start doing ourselves justice and get out of this league.

Posted

til this muppet goes don't expect any points United will do us easy Plymouth well there top of league expect a hammering an after that his job will be over gaurentee it

Posted

It was a bad decision, i hope after the team were finally getting used to each other he shouldn't try and change the team around too much again. It clearly didn't work.
