Good morning PoN. Well how are we all feeling the morning after the night before, was it all a bad dream? I’m going to try and forget about it to be honest.

This morning I’m doing a Park Run, “what’s that?” I hear you say, well it’s a 5 kilometre run in a park, there will probably be around 400 people, some take it more serious than others, at the end your time and position is recorded then you can try to get better by beating your time next week if you want. It’s good exercise and good fun, I’ve done around 14 up to now my best time is 30 minutes 14 seconds.

Not much else happening today apart from recovering from my run, I hope everyone has a good day. Come on and tell us what you are doing on a football free Saturday.

Well today we’re picking up my mum from the port at Rosslare. She is coming over as a walk on this afternoon and going back with us next weekend. Tomorrow we will be scattering my dads ashes as unfortunately he passed away quite suddenly only w few months ago, but we decided to hold onto the ashes until the Ireland holiday so it will be a somber couple of days.

Weather looks nice enough today so the kids willl get a session on the beach at Rosslare ( the actual port is a few miles away from Rosslare actually so the town is quite separate)

Tomorrow will be scattering my dads ashes and then finding somewhere to go for a nice walk then a meal.

Sorry to hear about your dad @hissingdwarf as you say the next few days will be difficult for you all, I hope you can make the most of the rest of your holiday in spite of the sad task that lies ahead.

I did a decent time for my Park Run 31:10 not my fastest but I had a bad nights sleep last night, when I got home from the match Mrs. BigTone was in pieces, she has a bad phobia about spiders and she’d seen an enormous one on the bedroom wall, I tried to find it but it was nowhere to be seen. She was that bad we had to sleep in the spare room because she was frightened to sleep in the bedroom, What with a strange bed and thinking about the Notts game I didn’t sleep well at all. That’s my excuse for not running as fast.

A couple of wins and he’ll be a hero mate, some fans are so fickle. Twitter and Facebook depresses me I don’t read it when we’ve lost.

Oh yes that’s true, I saw @magpiejue last night with her mum and young Harvey, great to see three generations of the family down the lane. I hope Harvey wasn’t put off going again.

At the moment I am helping with things on here, but in an hour I'm going out with my parents for a meal.

Other than that there's nothing worth mentioning.

Oh oh oh ohhhhh, everywhere where we go, watching super County putting on a show!
