Cheers @samwatto2008 for that was a standard new manager press conference.. again I know new managers don’t like to be arrogant .. except one .. but let’s hope he hits the ground running

A great interview. Normally you can say talk is cheap but you look at the way he addresses the media. No smile, no shakyness. Pure emotion that he wants to do this job. I believe that if his actions are as good as his talk we will do exceptional.

I would be inclined to agree.

I think understands the nature of the task at hand and he seems to know what's going wrong. Part of me felt even Kevin Nolan didn't understand just how bad things had gotten.
