Does Harry have enough time before Saturday.?

Featured Replies

So the new man is in charge things seems to be returning to normal structure gaffer in place etc so on Saturday we travel to Exeter in a must win league tie.

I thought it may be good to hear your thoughts and opinions about the game on Saturday. for example do you think the new gaffer will have enough time to put measures in place and get the lads thinking positively. Can harry make a impact.?

Tonight will reveal signs, Fitzsimons has another clanger but he will still be defended. Thankfully Grimsby didn't score but I think there's a chance that a lift could be given from this match, which could lead into Saturday.

We have to give him time, it won't be instantly fixed.

A field where dreams become reality.

Most managers get hired and immediately start the next game so hes had more than most. If he can get them to improve with what players we have that would be good, but i doubt it with the defence currently.

There's still that Aaron McCarey keeper that the @TheSkipper also mentioned.

Oh oh oh ohhhhh, everywhere where we go, watching super County putting on a show!

Very good keeper for this level, much better than Jake Kean.

i dont know but i feel he sees what is wrong and will eventually get things fixed.

it feels like the wheelbarrow has broken again.

we need a long term fix not a short term one. im still disappointed nolan has gone but we have to move on. the players need to prove people they are capable of promotion even if this just means flirting with the playoffs.

I think game by game we will see an improvement not sure whether it will be in time for Saturday though, Kewell has said the next few months will be difficult.

@liampie I too was bitterly disappointed about Nolan but we have to move on as you say, managers come and go, players come and go, even owners come and go but the supporters will always be there and it’s our job to give as much support as we can to the club we love.

Agreed, stability = success, it was ever thus in football.

the club needs to identify players to fill in the gaps now for next season, this would add stability as would extending contracts early.

make the players earn something or fear being replaced.

Let’s face it, even Jose etc... wouldn’t be able to come in and change it all up by Saturday. By all accounts the first half against Grimsby was a vast improvement and that should go some way to showing HK will have an impact. The mess we’re in has been a long time coming when you get past the likeable nature of KN. Weve been dodgy for a good while now. Harry has seen that and will demand more and it will improve over time.

I don’t think he has not after the Grimsby Game because the players we’re very distant and dejected after the forest Green Game I can only imagine how they are now .. Harry as for some work ahead I wish him well honestly i do .. I don’t think it’s gunner be instant turn around .. )god I hope I’m wrong)

I just call what I think matey, if you get involved with anything and pay attention to it religiously you will start to pick up things.

It will be a slow turn around, Kevin Nolan hit the ground running and Harry Kewell has to focus on much more than changing the tactics and regrouping.

Definitely agree mate .. Nolan did hit the ground running harry didn’t do a bad it was another last minute goal that robbed him
