Good morning PoN, I’m feeling really rough this morning with a right stonking cold, been awake most of the night because I can’t breath through my nose and it’s streaming, I’m also coughing, sneezing and feel achey, maybe I should have has a flu jab.

I won’t be doing much today although we are due to be looking after our two grandsons after school and tonight, I just feel like staying in bed.

ACHOOOOO!

Have a good day everyone.

Tony (throughly miserable ‘pie)

Last two years I've had the jab and last two years I've had dodgy flu straight after. Vowed never again. This current bout is just a bad cold passed onto to me by @Fan of Big Tone over the Internet!

It's been all systems go again today, so no rest for the wicked.

I have been doing various media tasks and chasing everything, I haven't had much time to post and I'm pleased to see the site is fine - especially the forum. I also recorded a PONcast with @Magic magpie which I am delighted by the results. He really did well, so he saved the day here!

In addition I had to edit and master the PONcast, do various graphics and everything else but now I am finally ready to just settle down.

You should have it, every autumn/winter you feel ill and when it comes round to having the flu jab you say your never ill so you don't need it.

Jake has it because if he doesn't he never seems to able to get rid of even a cough and cold, so its best to prevent some of it before he does.

Today i have been trying to get the varnish off my daido rail in living room again, not having much luck with it(its always been too dark), i may just end up painting it so i can get on with the rest of the decorating. Apart from that, looking after my kids and cooking.
