So yesterday we beat Tranmere 3-2 in Neals Ardleys first home game in charge in what has to be the best home game this season the reaction to the win said everything the fans the players and the manager.

Especially if you have a look at the pictures taken by Dan Weatwall at yesterday’s game the reaction at the end the way Neal was on the touch line during the game and the players reaction during and post game with Neal is awsome.

(Thanks to Dan westwell for the use of his photo’s)

neal ardley hugged every player from what i saw, he patted them on the back too. he seems a proper man manager but the smiles speak volumes.

Many reasons why @Dan is such a great photographer, he really captured some fantastic pictures!

Nice to see them happy. The club seems to have finally picked a manager with experience and knows how to get the best out of the players.

Must different contrast than under Harry Kewell, let's just say.

They do speak volumes and they're great pictures by @Dan, after the way the players have departed this is refreshing to see.

The images are quite inspiring for a better future.

Hopefully the start of the up-rise for Notts County!

This is exactly what we should be seeing and if Notts lose, they need to try and encourage a positive reaction by trying to salvage something and not just exciting the field when the games over.
