At this minute in time they need a rocket very much up the back way .. cause the play and the score lines is not acceptable ... from now every game is important and every point counts if we can’t find the confidence Macclesfield should have been that game to give it instead we lose and we are bottom and now adrift. Bury are further up and have more points so for me this is going to hard they will play to win and keep there chance of play off available so we need to find confidence and fast. Keep defensive and attack with confidence and midfield needs to do its bit of not we are buggered

i might see if i can relocate my season ticket for a few games, i dont like the vibe and i would prefer a change of scenery. this is becoming a big game and at this stage i do not see how we can get any points from it.

I hope Ardley can try to orginise the squad and they take on board what needs to be done as time only draws nearer to May.

Score some goals for once!

I won't be at the game though.

I fail to see how the side can win this game, yet knowing Notts they'll perform better against a team doing much better than Macclesfield so who knows?

Before I felt a draw would be likely but if Bury come to Meadow Lane wanting to win and impress their travelling fans, well I fear another loss. I feel Notts will only look more disconnected and this could be a real issue with the defence.

No confidence at all in getting a positive result, a draw as things are would be a massive result , they are a good side confident as well , fear a mauling, hope I’m wrong COYP do the unthinkable and play as a team have each other’s back and fight as if you care .

Unfortunately I can’t see anything other than a heavy defeat. I feel so sorry for the manager.

Well they did do the unthinkable, they did play like a team they did fight for each other and show they care , didn’t think we would get anything from this game feared a mauling, not only did we perform well and get a point , deserved and should have been 3 against what is a good Bury side not allowed to play in this game apart from what a 15 min spell . Well done Notts and see how the fans respond to that , totally appreciated it , well done , let it be a corner turned , time will tell COYP

0-0 not a bad result at alll we get a point and keep within a 3 point gap so great result and point.

Result could have been worse so right now i'd take the point and build on it from there. No goals unfortunetly but at least none conceded either.

Well, considering how negative I felt on boxing day, maybe there is a bit of light at the end of the tunnel after all. Proper Jekyll and Hyde team this lot.

I don’t remember a first half where we were so comfortable, all that was missing was a goal. Bury stepped it up at the start of the second half but on the whole I thought we should’ve won (considering the gift of a that pen). Vaughan finally played like we hoped he could and Kellet is surely now a shoe-in to start the games for the rest of the season, his touch and movement combined with his combativeness is great.

Then in the defence we had Pierce Bird playing like Bonucci, impressive debut from him. Evina stepped up and I know I have to whisper it quietly on here because he’s no fan favourite but Duffy played very well. It feels like that was our first clean sheet since time began.

I’m not getting ahead of myself yet though, need to back that performance up with another positive display against Oldham now.

Productive display, Notts by far was the better team.

I'm not saying this to be negative either, I felt Notts did well but it wasn't brilliant. Steady for where we have been but I just wanted to see Notts be a little more clinical. I know Bury was in form but we had them on the ropes and just failed to finish them off. It's a massive point and boost, I am happy but I am not sure there's much validation to the best performance this season.

I respect the opinion but for me Notts played 6.5/10, which is better than can be expected.

David Vaughan, Andy Kellett, Jon Stead and Pearce Bird did brilliantly.

good draw and plenty of chances for notts to take the lead, i feel the game should have been a win but happy with the draw due to the spirited performance.

I thought Notts would throw it away around the 80th minute mark, so imagine my reaction to Notts claiming a solid point after the last woeful defeat. They need to step it up from here and learn to be more clinical, Nathan Thomas was wasteful on goal.

It was a good performance, they team did well and they created some exciting chances. Andy Kellett has shown his worth to the squad, he seems a useful player that can change games if allowed to play.
