    @Scotty I’m not sure it will do that, I think we are all grown up enough on here to debate things sensibly. You could say that about any subject, it’s a discussion forum, some people will think he should be kept others will think opposite, as long as it doesn’t get nasty there’s nothing wrong with differing opinions.

    I would hope they stick with him, we need stability, I believe Maynard has been unlucky with injuries to key players. If we do go up, the close season would be interesting we would need to strengthen the squad to be able to compete and hopefully consolidate our position.

    Morning all, happy Wednesday (if you’re a duck), it’s chucking it down. I’m glad we had our walk yesterday, we went to Attenborough Nature Reserve it was very busy the sun brought out lots of folk, there seemed to be lots of dog walkers, we were literally tripping over the blooming things, one person we saw had five dogs all off the lead. Apart from that it was a lovely walk along the Trent and around the lakes. I’m not sure we’ll get out today it depends on the weather, have a good day everyone.

    Good morning, it’s a cool start but looking to be a decent day especially in the morning, we might catch a shower this afternoon. Welcome back to the gaffer @Chris it’s good to see you posting again I’m glad to hear you haven’t any pain at the moment. We are going clothes shopping ready for our upcoming cruise, we’ve got most things but just need a couple of extra stuff to replace worn out things. We want to go a long walk as well so it’ll be an early start so we can fit it all in. Have a great day everyone.

    Thankfully I haven’t seen any of those comments on Facebook but I do take less and less notice of social media these days. I don’t know why people would want to turn Micks sad demise into a weapon to criticise the club. It’s very sad and shows disrespect.

    Good morning it’s a new week and it’s a wet miserable start here but let’s look on the bright side it’s forecast to be a bit brighter and drier later. I hope everyone is well and fighting fit, whether you are going back to school/college after the half term break or off to work or turning over for another hour in bed I hope you have a good day.

    I was really pleased to see Tranmere fans standing and applauding in memory of Mick Walker. I hope they manage to survive relegation, they really didn’t deserve to lose.

    Good morning some of us will be happy after yesterdays games and some not so happy eh @super_ram? Me and Chloe enjoyed the match, well we enjoyed the second half more and of course the result. In the evening we played with Grandson Fred’s virtual reality goggles, I put them on and entered a virtual kitchen where I had to prepare food and serve it up, quite bizarre and surreal, I actually forgot I was in our lounge. On with today the kids are still in bed their mum and dad are coming to,pick them up and have lunch with us. I’ll watch Rushcliff Rovers get hammered (hopefully) on telly in the afternoon. What are you up to today?
