Notts County’s Head Coach Luke Williams Shares Joy of Promotion with Notts County Fans
i hope the fans who managed to share this special experience truly appreciate how this moment in time feels compared to all the upset, i am glad the club allowed fans to be one. i hope they give us who have not had the chance a way to feel a part of it but it is a special time in notts countys history. i am pleased for everyone involved.

Can we do a Luton?
it would be nice if notts could ride the waves of this promotion and go again, to eventually return to the championship. we are a family club, which sometimes is overlooked but it would be great to see us playing at the highest possible level. i dont think the premier league is all that realistic with the amount of money it takes, but several clubs have managed to do it on a very tight budget. i am just cautious about it leading to instability after all our work to avoid it. i am quite happy bouncing from the championship to league one.

The Conference years
its made the club rethink things and the reedtz stick to a plan, i think its been the best thing that has happened in truth. the football has not been that bad and we have always been one of the upper half teams. its given us enough time to form a team that could go the distance again. its all about adding quality and going again.

Match Discussion: Play Off Final - The Spireites
chesterfield were a lot like boreham wood just a lot better, they have transformed into a decent team who looked good on the wembley pitch. i wished they would cut out the timewasting, the referee was smart to it but did not give any bookings. i also feel they were lucky to have 10 men come the end of the game. notts should have lumped the ball forward then tried to keep it on the ground with our midfield working hard to maintain the ball. instead of our defence being forced into mistakes and pressure due how chesterfield ran everything down. they did the pressure on notts for sure. i thought notts were better overall, if you count all the time they spent creating chances and were on top of the game. chesterfield just did better in the first half, but they did look good on goal after. notts looked a little lacking, i think macaulay langstaff should have tried to buy some more time when he had some of his chances instead of rushing his shot. its great to be promoted1 better to have seen it. very proud of the team.

Aaron Nemane
hes been class all season, since wrexham and some of the other teams he struggled but every player does. i thought he was at his best against chesterfield. he just needed a bit more support at times but thats not on him but others. chicksen will hopefully come back stronger having a break, hes worked hard!

Notts County’s Return to Football League: A Story of Triumph and Transformation
i agree with all the points raised and made by chris, i thought notts did well. i heard comments from fans complaining about how poor the squad had been but if that was the case. chestefield struggled to put more than 2 past us, we worked hard to take the game to them and to pull back level twice.

as always, @Chris you have captured the day from a fans perspective and have done the fanbase proud. well done mate.

Notts County triumphs over Chesterfield and reclaims title as world’s oldest football league club
what a rollercoaster! the whole game felt tense but magical at the same time. i am very fortunate that @CliftonMagpie and @TheSkipper asked me to join them in travelling to the game. i enjoyed every minute with them and watching notts. i don't want to discredit chesterfield because they played well. their fans in the ground were also very lively. they got behind their players a little better than us and it was not due to leading the game. they just wanted it and showed it. our fans were incredible in spells but with the amount we took, everyone signing the same chant would be hard and we dont handle our emotions that well.

Notts County earns support from Hollywood star Ryan Reynolds, who aims to show support in promotion bid
chesterfield can take 10k or more derby county fans, but we only need one @super_ram to match them!

Heartfelt Reactions from Notts County Fans after Playoff Victory at Meadow Lane
this is a brilliant read, all three fans summed up their account well and i can relate to each of them. i think colin sisson and his son, is a nice reminder just how far we have come. the emotion of the win did get the best of me, i think it did with many others but what a great moment for us all!

From a two-goal deficit to Wembley Final: Notts County’s dramatic win through Aden Baldwin's eyes
it was one of those things which you would have had to see to believe, it was incredible when jodi jones scored but aden baldwin is the man who redeemed himself and shown why he such a key part of our squad.

Match Discussion: Play Off Final - The Spireites
i am nervous too, but i am glad that i will be going with @CliftonMagpie and @TheSkipper. it should be a good game between two teams that desperately want promotion and although i do hope we avoid the same issues as we have seen against boreham wood. i think we will have moments naturally where it will come down to a quick recovery or needing sam slocombe to be an hero. every player, including chesterfields team will be excited about playing at wembley. i don't think either team will go straight for the kill, i can see it being quite slow. as @Chris we need to be 100% passionate and just wait for the players to get their grove. shouting nonsense at the players is not going to help and i hope those types stay at home. beleve and we should do well. langstaff to get a brace, ruben to get one and austin to round things off. my prediction being 4-2 to notts.

Faces of PON 22-23: Boreham Word (H) PSF
brilliant pictures mate, these are absolutely great and its nice to see so many fans with happy faces. it must have been difficult during the first half and i would not blame you for not persisting but well done for seeing it through. i have never known anyone to be so optimistic about a team.

Jodi Jones reflects on his 'amazing feeling' after scoring winner for Notts County
complete game changer, his presence gives the opposition so many headaches and multiple players who they need to mark which makes attacking a lot more lethal. i am pleased for him because he plays with a smile and just works hard, its hard to imagine anyone else like him being happy to be on the bench.

Notts County One Step Closer to English Football League Return After 3-2 Win Against Boreham Wood
i felt a bit fed up with how notts played in the first half, it became disappointing to see how poorly we defended and although i credit Boreham Wood for their pressure they were gifted their second. the first was a very well timed run and excellent finish, they deserved that but the game from a notts perspective needed more robust defending. a much better second half with goals coming right when we needed, i thought ruben rodigues struck a very poor penalty, he did not look confident leading up to it but i dont think anyone should really complain. jodi jones is just incredible and if we dont act to sign him he has shown others that he is class. strike whilst the iron is hot notts, get him on board.

Notts County's Dominant Performance Against York City Serves as Warning Ahead of Play-Offs
it should be a good game between us and boreham wood, i think seeing notts dominate with little play from them would be nice to see. i dont think i could handle seeing them give us any sort of scare but realistic, i do feel they will give us a game. notts just needs to be careful of their darker side.

Match Discussion: Play Off Semi-Final - The Wood (H)
i think sunday would be the type of game where composure from all of the players is key, if notts scored early and lets say it lead to a 2-0 lead. its not exactly going to offer much relief knowing how mad playoff games can be. i mean, i would like it but boreham wood just have to score 1 and the games tipped on its head. its easy for a team to surge on to win like they did against barnet. i thought they did well with the limited chances, so its important notts just tries to reduce what clear efforts they get on goal and ensure good chances come to our players. i would love to see richard brindley return along side kyle cameron and aden baldwin.

Notts County's exceptional season doesn't guarantee play-off success, warns manager Luke Williams
part of his plans to keep the team and fans in balance ahead of the game, we just need to approach it in a manner where we concentrate on our own performance and creating goal scoring chances.

Macaulay Langstaff and Les Bradd: A Relationship Built on Goals and History
its great to see the club finally having luck with good strikers, signing macaulay langstaff was a touch of genius and i hope he stays around for a few more seasons. i think notts and langstaff can progress further together, but even the memories of the goals he has scored during this campaign will be remembered for all his efforts.

The Notable Players of Notts County: Who's the Greatest to Ever Don the Black and White?
jackie sewell did sound like a very good striker who was an all round player, him, les bradd and tony hateley sound like a very lethal strike force. i saw jackie swell at a few games being wheelchaired into the ground bless him when he was alive. i am glad he saw out his days watching the club that meant so much to him.

Guess Who? The Notts County Edition
@Fozzy you are too good at this and are such a tease when it comes to naming the player. @CliftonMagpie wants putting out of his misery. ????????

What Should Our Squad Look Like Next Season? A Breakdown of Key Players and Recommendation?
i think it makes the managers role easier when the squad structure is there, its just a terms of balancing the rest of the wage budget to bring in players that add strength to the team. i think if we can renew the majority of the out of contract players, bring in jodi jones and improve the defence we will we will be a much stronger. hopefully we will win the playoffs, which would add more money to the coffers. i think each of the signings this season has been a boost to the squad. notts are blessed in midfield and unfortunately that does mean there is little space for ed francis. he has not been the same player since michael doyle left but i think he will pick up again if he was to move on and play more.

The Notable Players of Notts County: Who's the Greatest to Ever Don the Black and White?
lee hughes is who i would say, the whole squad from 09-10 was amazing. ricky ravenhill, neal bishop, mike edwards, luke rodgers, craig westcarr but hughesy was the best i have seen.
