    hes good enough for league two and has experience we need, i doubt we could get better. a younger keeper takes time to bring through and we have slocombe to help brooks do just that.

    hes a great keeper that just needs the support we afford others at times. im certain he will play a big role in taking us further! so pleased sam slocombe signed on again.

    good piece by the left lion, i need to finish it off fully as i dont have much longer left on my break but i read at least 55% of it.

    i have nothing but respect for connell rawlinson, he has played his part in getting us back up and i love that he wants to go again and aim for promotion. how is throws himself into dangerous situations without a thought, carries on even when he's picked up head injuries shows his dedication. its time we as fans cut him some slack and stop criticizing him for being slow etc.

    its a shame we allowed him to leave because at the back half of last season, when adam chicksen lost form and we thought it was due to him being tired, we really could have done with joel taylor and this season we will be in various cups, so there is the chance to mix who starts. i think chester have a quality player, so happy he found someone and i hope he gets the game time he deserves.

    i am glad connell rawlinson has signed a new deal, i felt a bit surprised by the length. i thought it would be a year but i think rawlinson is worth it. it gives the player and club the length to focus more on the performances and he can do incredibly well. hes about the only defender we have who puts his body in the way without flinching or being afraid to do go fully in. kyle cameron and aden baldwin both show fear which is understandable.

    i think its jim who will be announced next, along with kyle cameron. at least i hope so. i can understand why aaron nemane is attracting interest, as i do with ruben rodrigues. kyle cameron is a bit more puzzling because although he does well. he can be clumsy and does create a lot of issues. when hes focused, hes superb but usually he always creates more headaches by his advanced position.

    i wished more people like this was out there! i know i have mentioned it before but my dad and uncle now have season tickets at notts. they have for the past 3 seasons and my dad recently told me he prefers the atmosphere at notts on match days at meadow lane. he does go to forest still, but he does not have a season ticket with them. slowly but surely hes coming over.

    i don't understand it. ???? do you just guess words that fit? i am not really sure, i have not played it but at the same time i have seen people especially on twitter play it.

    maybe he should have wore his pilot jacket or bought a bomber jacket? i would not mess with ricardo then. i do feel sorry for him because he seems a decent manager and an excellent coach, but his managerial positions dont seem to last long enough for him to truly get his ideas over.

    delighted to see that connell rawlinson has agreed a new deal, i think 2 years gives both him and notts the flexability to see how his performances impact the team. as it mentions, he has experience at this level and we need a variety of that.

    i think luke williams knows our level, what the players have in them and we just need to get back into league one first. we are good enough for that, but promotion is earned and not given. by time notts does make it to the championship i believe we will be ready for the challenge.

    i liked him at first but then he went pretty awful, misplacing passes and looking out of depth. i felt after he left that he would end up playing for most of the local non league teams. its a shame because he did look very good once.

    i would chip in if i can but i only play for a hour at the most every day, not enough time otherwise.

    i think the better and bigger team won, barnsley would most likely come straight back down and there is nothing fun about that

    i did not even go out, I felt a bit unwell on saturday and i rested yesterday. today work seemed slower but i feel much better.

    psg are a joke, they have several bad eggs and some of their staff are just as bad. i would not be surprised if in the future fraud is uncovered with people taking money out of their money fountain.

    i dont see it, it takes a lot to get out of the national League. many bigger clubs have struggled, it will take them years, if not decades.

    it will be for the derek pavis trophy but renamed in honour of jason turner. i dont mind playing them every other season but again so soon? really? oh well.
