  1. i noticed that @ARLukomski tweeted this, its a shame but we did a similar thing by gutting our promotion winning team and its not always the best idea. obviously teams are coming in for the crawley players, but its going to be hard for them to stay up in league one imo. i really think they will struggle and its a shame because they had done so well together.
  2. austira has earned my support with how they have played, they look very good. obviously, i want england to do better but they are my underdog team who i hope can continue to do well.
  3. i am hoping to go support them when i can next season, i probably wont be able to do a lot of games but i want to try to get behind them when i can. i think if more notts fans did, it would give them a lift.
  4. kevin nolan had it in for jonathan forte, it was a silly decision because when he played he scored. i totally agree with you @Wheelbarrow repair man, yes he suffered a serious injury and has retired. he now runs a football school and coaches young players.
  5. tomorrow i have no idea, i have been hoping to get back on my bike and go out on it. its been a bit too warm for that, though it would be nice to explore some of the parks in and around nottingham playing pokemon go. sunday, i have to fetch my mums shopping and take my aunt to derby, so that she can go to this event thing.
  6. i think macaulay langstaff is happy here at meadow lane, i am a little concerned that we might let him go but i trust the club. its a difficult situation, either take a good lump sum or retain a player who could fire us out of league two.
  7. i would rather see someone else young enough to come in if we are looking for someone who is right footed, personally i just dont see how his time at gateshead has made him ready for what we need.
  8. the spammers that came with him was very annoying, elements was funny but it overtook everything. then the bad press twist from blocking hungerians from using the official notts facebook page. he was a good player, needed longer to settle. i wish him well with his career.
  9. i loved his effort and goals that he scored, him and kristian dennis was such a promising strike force. i agree, with @Chris playing him out wide made no sense. neither did not playing jonathan forte or kristian dennis. in favour of aging players.
  10. horrible to see they need such a huge amount of money in order to survive, that sort of cash is difficult to come back and it looks very disappointing. i hope southend can overcome it but its looking unlikely.
  11. its all just disappointing isnt it? i think its poor behaviour on the england fans but our media is just terrible for spinning negative stories. its a joke which is not funny.
  12. hello, welcome to pon @BiggestPieInGlasgow.
  13. i have been here since 2012, i was not much into football as a youngster but i felt at home at notts. those free tickets that notts would give schools paid off, joining pon was the best decision i have made. i have seen members come and go, but the community is great. @super_ram, @Piethagoram, @Fan of Big Tone are three of my favourite members. also credit to @Chris who does so much, he makes pon shine. like @Joshua, i have grown and i find people accept me which i have found difficult over the years with being autistic.
  14. we will have to see how it unfolds, i think this will lead to further interest and at what point does an offer become too good to refuse?
  15. i think yes, we can but its going to take effort, maybe a bit of luck to make our way. i see scotland fans are predicting we will land austria which is a game i would rather avoid because they look good. however, whoever we get we need to be prepared and confident. i hope we can make the final, it would be nice to win a major international competition but i dont think harry kane on his own up top will be the answer.
  16. hopefully we will learn news of the transfer listed players, but there is no guarantee that teams who are interested taking any of them on loan would be content with paying their wages in full. we might see us needing to pay some, unless we can sell them for nothing. i dont see any teams wanting to spend money when they might feel we are desperate to get rid.
  17. i got sick of seeing them last season. ???? who else would we draw? notts has to make the most of it and get the win. it is all about redemption as @menzinho says.
  18. lol! you have to give wrexham credit for making things funny. thats a right laugh!
  19. who has been telling the players to smile before taking their pictures? ???? its great to see them all smiling and looking keen to get back to business. i am sure they will be working hard ahead of pre seson, its going to be fun.
  20. i think it would be a fun game to attend, i am not sure about flying but how else will i be able to get there? its not like i have no been in a plane before. im 50/50 so far.
  21. do you plan to go @Piethagoram? its a nice friendly, i think it makes a change for once to play a german team.
  22. im not really interested in this competition, but i hope we field some of the players who need game time in the matches. it would be a good way to see who deserves a shot in league games.
  23. i hope gareth southgate does not see this, his assistant does not seem to do much. ????
  24. clubs need to recruit within their means but try to sign the best players they can afford, i think andy holt needs to try to replicate the squad that did take them up and avoid complaining about the funds teams use. he wont stop clubs from having higher funds or using more.
  25. he does sound like a good fit for what we need, he will be around good players and i am sure that will see curtis edwards at his best. i have seen no end of positive comments for his ability on twitter from woking fans and people who have seen him play. i am glad hes here.
