Ian here, PoN's resident Millers fan;

I hope to see loads of Pies fans make the relatively short trip to NYS this weekend for our latest game.

The atmosphere at Notts last visit in last seasons FA Cup tie was brilliant with loads of Pies fans in attendance.

I know you're struggling at the moment but isn't that just the time a club needs its fans to get behind the team?

See you there, hopefully!!!

I'll do a report with pics at the weekend!!

Not been yet and have heard good reports of the ground. I'd like to go, but I'm unsure about family commitments at this stage. Enjoy the game.

Even though I cant attend, I really hope it is a real hum-dinger. The Pies need a good true competitive match to get onto an even keel. All this good and then so bad is playing havoc with the nerves on a saturday afternoon.

Lovely ground, great hospitality last time too.

This is a crunch game for us, another defeat and I'd say that the "fat lady" will be warming up in the wings, if not starting to warble! It will become increasingly difficult to restore confidence, regain momentum & string a decent run of games together - that is how it works I'm afraid!

The Tranmere, Carlisle & Crewe sequence will, surely, be the ultimate determining factor IMO. Anything less than 4 points from those 3 games and we will be doomed to the drop as sure as night follows day.

So, that aside, Sat is another day. Victory is a possibility, however remote that may be, here's hoping that the troops can be galvanised into action. Come on you Piiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiieeeeeeeeeeeeees.

I hate to be negative but any faith and lingering hope of survival I had died after that Shrewsbury game, I can't see how we can get out of it now. Would like to think we'll fight with everything we've got and get a result on Saturday, but I just can't see it

I'm afraid I won't be there @BradtheMiller.

I would certainly like to see the new stadium though. The Don Valley was categorically the worst "stadium" (if you can call it that) I've been to!

Don't forget to enter your confessions folks, the match attendance topic is up.

I'm unsure what to expect here, I have the feeling Rotherham's form will be our downfall. It's probably here I admit that we're down, though I said after losing to Shrewsbury that we was - mathematically we can survive for awhile but I honestly think it's the point where we can't reach beyond. We need to win or least draw! To be honest I don't expect much, though I do know we can beat the Millers.

It will be an interesting one for sure, Rotherham's recent form is impressed just look at the 4 wins and 2 draws!

Yet, interesting when you consider the goal comparison. The Millers have only scored 4 more but we have conceded 7 more than them. That gives me the educated guess that the mostly result would be 3-1 to Rotherham United.Β

I feel the same lad, it was buried truly but I will be backing the squad and players right to the very last breath.

I expect to be coming back very miserable.

No, we will win these mark my words. They have to hit a team who haults their form. It will be us! We will win 2-1, it might be pretty but it will be good enough.

Smith and McGregor.

7,600 attendance (350 Notts).

Well I stayed until the whistle and within opposition territory. We allowed them but credit to the millers, they did very well.

Kyle Dixon looks very promising, I felt sorry for him.

You deserve a medal @notts-joe, I don't think I would have stayed.
