Adams for me, felt he got forward and covered at the back. Others did well but I am basing this on his contributions.

Adams? Joe - you've lost me there. He got torn apart all day and I don't think he made more than 2 or 3 successful passes all game. His crosses, or attempted crosses, were woeful. Thought he was the poorest of a poor bunch today, and that's saying something because Hollis was absolutely awful.

Thompson, Dumbuya or Petrasso, solely for that one devastating run, were the only MOTM candidates for my money.

You must have been at a different match to me! As p4u says, he was run ragged and couldn't pass to a b&w shirt today. I would have subbed him, but for the poor performances of all the others I would have subbed as well!

Thompson looks a good front man, but needs someone to pick up the little passes and flicks he does. I think if he had stayed on and Harrod had joined him up top we might have picked up a lucky point.

Not many decent crosses was put in by any of the players really, I'll give you that. Some of Adams was straying but I really didn't see anything else all that bad from him.

I really don't think he played all that bad, he tried getting forward and made passes which allowed us to get into good positions. I really didn't see anything which faulted his defending, I may have missed some of that I guess but he wasn't anywhere near the worst player on the field.

We missed Louis today, quite clearly.

Fans at half time was telling me about Hollis, he didn't really have the best of games but he did alright. Dumbuya did okay, yet tho I feel we was weakest in the centre. Edwards looked a little awkward to me but did a decent job coming in.

I still think Adams stood out. :P

Noble did get stuck in, but one man unfortunately does not make a team (unless he scores a hat trick !!!)

So true, but his efforts might have deserved being included in the poll

I can't see the poll on my mobile but later when I get to the desktop computer I will vote for Thompson in spite of being taken off with an injury I thought he did well.

Steady Eddie was a close second, he won lots in the air and it was good to see him play again.

Noble is now included, it is fine to just add a comment if some doesn't appear. Please do vote whenever you can though :)

I did not feel Adams had a bad game at all.

He would not be my MoM, he would not make the list of 5 candidates but he did okay. Mine would be Thompson, he tried and looked to have the ability to give us that something special we missed so much yesterday.

I reckon he was injured, when the teams came off at half time @magpiejue turned to me and said "Thompson looks injured", sure enough in the second half he was withdrawn and he was definitely limping slightly we get a good view as he came down the tunnel.

It is between Thompson and Petrasso for me.

I voted Thompson though.
