Enough of these politics threads, lets have a sensible thread.

Who likes banana sandwiches, I love them, am I odd? Do others eat banana sandwiches or is it just me?

Did you know that eating Banana's is meant to help reduce the chances of getting cancer and has been proven to help suffers? (supposedly).

I love banana sandwiches and thanks to this I now fancy one! Haha

I was thinking that banana was the only fruit you would put in a sandwich but Mrs. H has just reminded me she used to eat apple and cheese sandwiches.

Some people class Tomato as a fruit, there's another argument (as I just accept it as both fruit and veg). LOL

I've known people to use grapes in brown bread sandwiches, this is actually popular in fine dinning for snacks. I can't really say what that tastes like because I've never been mad enough!

I love banana sandwiches and lemon curd (not together though, yuck). And I haven't had either for ages. Thanks for the inspiration!

Strange I like bananas in sandwiches but not in custard, I do however like them in porridge after someone recommended it on here, can't remember who it was but thank you

Tomatoes are classed as fruit, but resemble more of a vegetable to me.

I like bananas, but not in sandwiches. I don't even like them in fruit salad as they go mushy.

I do like bananas and custard though.
