Halfway through the season and it's tight at the top, Dan missed this round for some reason and it's cost him - dropping from top to 3rd. Tony keeps threatening to go on a run but consistency is proving a problem. My eyes are on jurgen - despite starting a few weeks late he continues to pick up the points under the radar, and is slowly moving into contention!

Oops! Promise you I'm not doing this deliberatly! I keep the league table as an Excel Spreadsheet on my computer, and it seems I changed your score from Sunday when you pointed out the mistake, but never put that change into the table on my computer. I shall amend it now. Apologies mate. But it keeps you on your toes :thumbsup:

@weymoutPIE, just a couple of questions

what does happen with abandoned/postponed matches?

In future should new members be given average point scores, to even up the table and make it fairer?

I reckon abandoned matches should be 0 points after all it's the same for everyone.

As for giving new players average points that would be a bit unfair on people who had been doing it from the start but got below average points.

I did very poorly in my first few games I'd have been a bit narked if a new player had come in above me after 10 games or whatever.

Am I being too competitive and taking it too seriously? :biggrin:
