It's all well and good declaring ambitions to reach the Football League, but at the end of the day, actions on the pitch speak louder than words. The Football League is an ever-evolving landscape, and the journey to the top tier has taken us, along with numerous other clubs, a significant amount of time. While such declarations might grab the headlines, we must remain grounded and focused on the realistic goals at hand. Wishing them the very best of luck, though, as they strive to fulfil their dreams.

Indeed, enticing players to swap their current locales for our quaint little town is akin to convincing a chocoholic to swap their Dairy Milk for rice cakes. hey, who knows?

i dont see it, it takes a lot to get out of the national League. many bigger clubs have struggled, it will take them years, if not decades.

If there's money, it will talk and to be honest how picturesque it is near Cornwall it may appeal to some. There's apt to be said about the quiet life, rather than a busy congested City.

It’s okay to aim high, but it’s important to be realistic and patient. Truro has no automatic claim to the Football League; they need to earn it through hard work.

I genuinely wish them all the best. Dreams and ambitions are what make football interesting and exciting. Without them, the sport seems dull. For the team's fans, I hope they achieve their goal of making it to the Football League.

I wish them well. Football is all about dreaming big and having the passion to see it through. I won’t laugh at them just because their owner has the ambition to make it to the Football League. It may sound difficult, but let them dream.

I hope they do it, we need more Truro’s and less Man City’s in football.

Haven't Truro always aimed big? I'll believe it when I see it.

I appreciate the point made, and my faith in it would be stronger if both the manager and players were in full support of the message. It's hard to fault a club with such a driven owner.

I wish Truro all the best. They may face challenges finding good players due to their location, but players sign for clubs for more than just that. Players join for various reasons: a good upcoming club, staff, manager, fans, stadium, league level etc. All they have to do is fight hard on the pitch and get to the National League.

Looking towards Truro, it will be intriguing to see how they fare this season. It is important to remember that success is not just about winning games but also about passion and desire. It is clear that the owners of Truro have this in spades, and this should be commended rather than mocked. Passion and determination are essential to all football clubs, and it will be interesting to see how Truro's drive and enthusiasm translate onto the pitch.

Best of luck to Truro. It's not in my nature to shatter their aspirations or ridicule them; despite the challenges, their determination to prevail and accomplish their objectives is commendable. In fact, I would prefer to have them on my side rather than Salford City!
