Ben Hall back for season long loan

Brighton's Ben Hall has returned on loan for the duration of the 2018/19 season.

Pleased to have another centre back signed up but I can't see him replacing Richard Duffy in Kevin Nolan's plans do you?

I am surprised see him back, I don't question his quality as a defender but I'm surprised Brighton allowed the move to happen considering the game time Hall had last season.

i dont know, i would have thought it would make sense to get someone in with more experience but i do think ben hall is a good player. its just that like many others i would have richard duffy as a backup/rotation player.

hall will probably start the friendlies and then get dropped knowing what kn is liked.

I'm pleased with the signing, I wouldn't have thought he would return for another spell but he performed well in Notts colours last season. I hope he gets more game time because I do rate him more as a centre back over Richard Duffy.

Glad it's for the season too, that's a bonus.

Oh oh oh ohhhhh, everywhere where we go, watching super County putting on a show!

Good signing on paper, he did well here last time but I would also like to see him feature more because I feel he's far more defensive minded.

He teams up well with Shaun Brisley and, the pair really does show a lot of promise. I'm also not sure Brighton would allow him back to be a part payer, as I don't see how that would benefit them - so there may be some reassurances about the amount of game time he will get. I just want to see us do well and he may be a big part of us doing this if given the chance.

Brighton seem to highly rate him, so let's see.

Full story above folks.

I’m happy with that. I hope he can cement a place in the starting line up.

Good to have Ben Hall back on loan, I think he can work as a rotational player if Kevin Nolan doesn't aim to use him regularly. No player should be guaranteed as a starter but I think like others he would be miles ahead of Richard Duffy.

A few more signings and the odd loan then Notts will be sorted. I think Ben Hall must be pushed to start regularly, he seemed to do well from what I saw and coped well with most of what was thrown at him.

Pleasing signing and hopefully the "season long" part is written in the contract.
