Well I’m probably the last person to ask, I’m on a healthy eating kick at the moment, are you planning to sell anything like that?

Personally I think there are too many burger bars in and around the ground and nothing that caters for the health conscious but then I realise that I am in a minority.

I think for football casual and healthy things would be better, something that isn't already there.

Most fans would pay for something too expensive and most don't carry a lot of cash, I get this all the time as to why the club don't have more wireless payments and a cash machine on site. Blah blah

A field where dreams become reality.

Without wishing to stereotype anyone I think a lot of football fans (especially blokes) are burger, chips and lager types so the venture will probably do quite well.

Its only as you get older you start to think about your health as you get nearer to meeting your maker you want to put it off for as long as possible.

Apart from the first picture the food looks delicious. I have a burger from the stand outside the Pavis sometimes and its nice but can tell it costs them **** all to make it. Onion rings look bob on mate and the quality of the meat above looks nice. Maybe to make you stand out from the crowd, slightly creep the price of the burger up but make the salad free to add a bit like how Subway give you the salad for free. For what you're advertising up there ... I would say £4.50 for the burger. My advice is this: Free additional salad, express the fact its homemade brisket, toast the buns, offer a variety of sauces (Mayo, Tomato, BBQ, Sweet Chili etc. Also the fries look nice up top so would recommend them about £2.50 a tray. Prices I've stated would be what I would be willing to pay.

Hope this helps, you'll deffo get my business if the pictures up top are anything to go by. Apart from the first one lol :D @Magic magpie

@Magic magpie I’m happy to lend a hand. Business planning and management is what I do now so happy to sit down and go through your costing and predictions and to look at your business plan, taxes etc... give me a shout when I’m back from the Emerald Isle and I’ll see if I can help out at all.

Get it nearer the KOP's entrance and you would have a queue flocking for your food.

The food looks excellent @Magic magpie, if you aim to get a van near Notts sell items that nobody else has. Mini pizzas, jacket potatoes etc.

When people ask what 'American Pie' is about, they're missing the point. The song isn't about the lines themselves - it's about what is between the lines. The song is about what isn't there.

Thankyou very buddy means a lot ???????? I’ve been pricing up potatoes and doing pizzas small individual thanks buddy

@Magic magpie do you need to get some kind of licence to sell food on the street plus health/hygiene certificate etc., I’m sure you’ve looked into all this but just curious.

Normally yes, depending on location and council in charge of the location.

As I said earlier in the thread, expanded my remit to looking at new startup businesses and Ive done one food truck before. She needed the usual ‘elf and safety food hygiene, but also th licence from the local authority for the pitch.

With Mark doing a pop up, it might be different, pending on the temporary structure and the time used etc...
