Darren Fletcher

Following on from one Director resigning another Darren Fletcher has removed all mention of Notts County from his twitter bio. I don’t like the look of this at all. Tell me I’m being paranoid please. :panic:

I saw this and posted just after you!

Lets see what happens. Hope not as the ‘big boy’ connection he brings to the club is useful I’m sure and his connections might be needed this week for the loans.

Plus I’m not a fan of a one man in charge with no sounding board idea. Even worse when it is one man and his wife!!!

Darren Fletcher would be a loss for the club, maybe there's a re-shuffle going on.

It could all be over Kevin Nolan's sacking but either way, the club needs to move forward positively now and if this is the worse case scenario hopefully things will be resolved. New people come and go all the time, let's just hope it's not to do with debts.

We don't want any more bills to go unpaid.

I think Fletcher was instrumental in bringing Nolan to the club so possibly he’s non too happy.

It's a bit mardy don't you think?

Changing your Twitter bio and resigning? If we have jumped the gun we will look like fools but I do think it looks silly.

Oh oh oh ohhhhh, everywhere where we go, watching super County putting on a show!

@CliftonMagpie Very silly and childish if you asked me.

Appoint people on the board who can invest money, that's the main role of board members.

Has there been any news on this? Maybe he is ashamed to be connected to the club for some reason?

According to Charlie Slater Fletcher hasn’t resigned and its business as usual, if that’s the case why has he removed Notts County from his twitter bio, something doesn’t add up.

No it isn’t. It’s to run the club. If personal investment is needed without guaranteed return and profit, then the club is being poorly run.

It's a bit silly to remove it, especially due to the timing.

You employ people to run the club, directors and board members are people who assist with the operation and contact building rather than being hands on.

It gotten very much out of hand

What happened to the other person who seemed to have left quietly last season? The commercial person.

He was very friendly and ended up being replaced by that troll Amanda women, she has all her hands in the pie and nobody seemed to notice the other guys exit. Darren Fletcher is a nice person, he has plenty of contacts and would have helped Alan Hardy to adjust to life as a football club owner.

Has he stepped down or has he just removed Notts County from his Twitter bio due to the Kevin Nolan fallout?

He’s still there and nothing has changed apparently according to Charlie Slater.

Shows how much Charlie Slater knows when he says he doesn't think Darren Fletcher has resigned and is now backing tracking on those comments.

Unfortunately yes, some people say what they feel before knowing the full facts.
