Isn’t every club ‘up for sale ‘ though? To a degree I think so .

@Who r ya?? You Pies!!Spot on mate, all clubs are for sale if anyone wants it desperately enough. The only way that Notts would find a buyer though is for Hardy to write off ALL the debt, which I don't for one minute think he has the finances to do.

There will be no doubt in my mind that when we get relegated he will throw the club into admin to try and cut his losses.

At this minute in time I don’t believe Notts is up for sale. If we get relegated then things may change. Alan is a business man and knows if we stay up what we get in terms of financial gain plus if we stay up and have a good next season the benefit there to.

People don’t delete things which they can prove or back, only lies or misguided comments. I believe it’s since been deleted and it’s probably due to the person being contacted. I don’t think Alan Hardy would walk away just yet, think it’s people spreading rumours and nothing more.

Looks like lies or rumours to me... There has been no news what so ever at the moment about him looking to sell it. There would be no sense in selling it with that much debt.

It’s fake news , or at best just a general comment as all clubs are for sale , complete and utter mischief even .

Apparently it’s all lies Alan Hardy in twitter decided to make a joke out of it and say it’s not happening only time will tell I guess.

Posted

Clearly fake but theres always rumours about.

spreading rumours and then deleting them, i have noticed a lot of weird accounts trying to follow me. i think certain people create them to be fools.

Just rumours!

Childish tweets nothing more, those types of accounts should be taken with a pinch of salt like the ones that share it trying to turn into something it's not.

Im sure we'd know if it was up for sale

We will soon find out

I think Alan Hardy needs to review his position especially if Notts end up relegated, I don't see how he can remain as the chairman and I do appreciate what hes done but he just seems to be undoing all of this.

I don't think Notts will be up for sale actively, but Alan Hardy may be listening to offers. I think the rumour needs squashing and actually addressing, I don't mean by a short handed tweet by a former weather man either.

If the clubs for sale now, nobody will want to takeover. Notts will lose too much money.

Posted

At the moment people really wouldn't be interested in.

all through the years of supporting, many interested parties come and go after "kicking the proverbial tyres"...  there will be a price for a L2 team and a significantly lower price for one destined to the National League.

I think the club might need a fresh change of direction if it is to go down.

But it all depends on a potential buyer and those prices, until Alan Hardy comes out with saying the clubs up for sale then it's irrelevant.

Yes its really irrelivant at the moment.

If the club was or not, we wouldn't know. It would be a private thing especially during such a poor season but it makes you wonder if this wasn't all started by the same people who suggested the club didn't have money.

These rumours only gather  momentum when people accept them to be true.Considering Notts' plight and the attitude of some so called fans towards Alan Hardy it wouldn't be too surprising if he did decide to sell.I think it's mischief-making though.
