So the time has come come for the lads to start fighting because it maybe there jobs but it’s our passion our lane our magpies. Today is another example of things not clicking in to place. Yet again we conceive 3 goals and play awfull. With just over 10 games left they need some thing it would be a shame for this club to be none league. If nots go down it not only the players who will loose there jobs but what about the staff ticket office bar staff and the chefs and people who need the job to survive financially. Let’s not forget about loyal fans people who have been fans for 50 40 30 years and the volunteers who help Notts day to day for no wages but for the love of Notts. If they don’t find some thing they  flush the history of notts down the toilet the work of jimmy and jack, Derick Pavis even players such as Tommy Johnson Mark Draper and steve cherry and other legends that help build this football club. So this squad have a lot riding on them to survive and remain a league team so lads please I beg you find the spark find that extra burst of energy find that passion do it for the history do it for fans for the legends but most importantly do it for your selfs lads Cause right now you are letting yourselfs And us as fans down to.

neal ardley needs to figure out how to get the players focused, fans are turning on him and i have been reading a lot of comments that went him to be sacked. it shows how silly the fan base can be. it was not that long ago people was being mardy over the question canvasing fans if he was the right man. we have made our selection, we need to face the outcome.

a little bit of respect and dedication would not go a miss.

I’ve been missing a while as I haven’t been well , but I have been keeping up with things , with everything that’s gone on for the last few months it’s no surprise we are in a mess , mathematically not gone yet , but the reality is we are going out the league , things at the club just aren’t good and it’s taken it’s toll , with so much turmoil you just can’t create long lasting positivity and with that comes poor performance after poor performance, it’s just so sad to see .

It's time they either tried or just admitted that they've given up, great escape doesn't seem likely.

Step up or just get out, some of these players don't deserve to be playing professional football.

@Who r ya?? You Pies!! I hope you're okay, it's not good to hear matey. I've been unwell myself.

I won't change my attitude even though I have accepted Notts are down, I will try to encourage and be positive but that said I don't see where the results will come from. If I feel like this, the team will feel worse and that mindset could be the issue for the players when they step out onto the field.

Its usually the same fans that want the manager sacked that complain when no manager is appointed or even wanted them appointed.

The players need motivation but sacking the manager is not the answer. The players need to fight for survival.

Looks like the players have given up if I am honest @Magic magpie.

I normally would say they haven’t but they are showin signs of it which is a real shame mate I think you have hit it on the head.

I just hope Notts can turn it around I hope They proves us all wrong and turn it a round but the greatest escape is just start in to dawn over meadow lane.

At some point the players do need to step things up, just as a way to try. It's been a disappointing season, one I want to forget about.

At this stage they need to do it in most of the games, off days now isn't acceptable.

This is Notts, not as consistent as they should be.

@TheSkipper I agree, I think we will be lucky to escape the relegation at this rate.

I agree if you take in to account on Saturday performance nothing like the Tuesday performance. That has to changed if we are to stay up in league football

It was ages ago, we are fastly running out of time.

I think the players are trying to step up, the issue is the form but right now getting the wins we think should come is more important to achieve than the type like Mansfield. Notts seem more capable to play the bigger teams but at this stage with so few games remaining the club needs more point.

Keep stepping up, fighting and getting the much needed points.
