Once the takeover is completed, can we scrap the away game at Ilkeston? Why give them a pay day when it will only help Alan Hardy, I would rather dissociate ourselves from them. I think the fixtures are better than what I expected, Nuneaton will be a fair test, as will Alfreton and York.

Walsall and Ipswich should be good games for a pre-season friendly.

It would be nice to catch up with @sadlad, I haven't spoken to him for some time.

Some sound ok. I'd avoid the ilkeston one myself though.

More than happy, the club may add to the fixtures. Just take them as they come, get fit and create a good atmosphere in the squad.

Some good fixtures I guess can’t wait for pre season I went to some last season with the family really enjoyed them so hopefully these will be good. And a good chance to see the squad performing together as a team.

Fixtures are fine, it’s all about getting fit and seeing how the players connect.

I think they’re much better than normal, last seasons fixtures was too good and Derby/Leicester are two very inform teams. Ipswich are a good championship side and Walsall are okay.

I am happy with them myself, I don't know what else you could expect. They're games to get fit, they mean nothing.

Some disagreed with me after last pre season that we were in trouble (even that early). It isn’t results that are as important as fitness and how the players fit as a team. It’s a vital part of the season in terms of preparation so as far as the fixtures are concerned, it looks fine to me.

Good friendlies, not sure why fans moan about them because they’re mostly different.
